Based on a survey of 3,400 employees, the findings indicate that the sector is maturing toward a more inclusive, people-focused benefits model. The primary objective for employers is no longer mere talent attraction, but rather the enhancement of employee wellbeing and the long-term retention of staff. While economic pressures remain a significant hurdle, benefits are increasingly viewed as a core component of the employee experience rather than peripheral perks.
Mental health support has emerged as the industry’s highest priority, with 92% of firms offering dedicated mental wellbeing resources and 76% providing mental health insurance coverage.
