Create free accountSo, US is still 50K DAU, but uh yeah, it's
Yeah, it's not bad. Not bad.
Not bad, but not that big. If you look at their portfolio, um it's actually making quite similar downloads to Pizza Ready, but again, Pizza Ready being their biggest game. It's 4 a.m. and we're rolling the dice. [music] M drops knowledge made of golden eyes. Felix with ads making those coins rise. [music] Jack up designs worlds chasing the sky. We're the two and a half gamers the midnight crew talking UA [music] adverts and game design too. Mat Felix Shak bringing the insight. We're rocking those vibes till the early daylight. Kua [music] master eyes on the prize tracking data through the cyerspace skies. Felix colors [music] like a wizard in disguise. Jacks lift us to the high. Two and a half gamers talking smack. Slow [music] hockey stick got your back. Ads are beautiful. They light the way. Click it fast. Don't delay. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. [music] Uh-huh.
[music] Well, hello. Until Yakob finishes his talk with his wife. We are actually reconing a podcast. Oh, hello Yakub. You are you are here.
Welcome back.
Welcome [gasps] back. [laughter]
It's two gamers again. It's two gamers and we are talking about what was it to the bulldozer master
and my name is Mata
and we are your bulldozer masters. Yehay. H it's such an easy idea. [laughter]
This again the creative
and the creatives easy idea.
We talked about Forex creatives and we are going to talk about Forex creatives again slash or not slash like mixed with golden goblins
and track star which are still forex creatives [laughter]
mixed with pretty much everything that works.
Exactly. Yeah. And this looks like it was done in cloth.
Uh yeah.
Yeah. I mean like seriously
it's amazing. It's obviously it's not. It's obviously not. But still
the production quality is quite low. Let me just say that.
Which I always always I was always kind of surprised.
You can do this game.
But you cannot scale this game.
That's that's exactly Yeah. Yeah. That's that's that's that's the thing because people said, "Oh, it looks like [ __ ] It won't make money. my my game needs to look really high production quality to make money.
Games don't need to look good to make money game to scale.
Yeah, it's like no,
it's absolutely not true.
Anyway, [snorts]
it was really always hard
loop loop. So, uh yeah, this is super again. Shout out to guys. They're killing it these days.
Super.
What's expand for free? Oh, wow. And now
great I can I can roll my excavator through it now.
Nice.
Anyway, so
also wait kind of like uh realize like we're all more talking about like Korean developers these days then like western and then we're talking about Chinese and then pretty much Asians more and more and more and more and how they're [ __ ] scing
the growth.
Yeah. It's like oh my god.
Was it the west?
Yeah. I I yeah I smell a pattern there a little bit.
So what's happening here is you go here and you like dig these blocks and these blocks then gives you these ores.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Today's episode is brought to you by PVX partners. Developers now have a new way to fund their marketing. It's called PVX Card. If you're scaling your gaming business and need more capital for UA, here's the deal. Your credit limit grows with your marketing performance. The
higher your ROS is, the more credit you will have available. It's dynamic, flexible, and scales as fast as you do. Just check out pvxpartners.com/cards and scale your UI with PVX card. Again, pvxpartners.com/cards and get your PVX cards to scale your game. Thanks BBX for sponsoring this episode.
And then after you dig these ores, uh you put them in this uh golden goblin style fashion on your back and you bring them to your refinery, which because I let my uh construction crew already do their [ __ ] here. It's quite far away. So you put them here and you do this and then you as you see here the usual pattern you sell it and it gives you money and uh you have seen your playlist creative now. Yes, exactly.
That's what's happening now. And uh
yeah, this is pretty much the whole game. And what's happening here, you just increase the production and size of what I'm just doing because you go here and you upgrade your move speed, your different hammers, your different like the furnace speed, you know, the usual three like chair of like
bottleneck being on the furnace ads that like pop up on the on the like say game style uh fashion on the on the floor. Then you can get into more heavier stuff here if you go into machinery where you can buy and like and you don't even buy the [ __ ] You rent it.
Rent it.
You rent it for the level. So I can go and buy a hydraulic breaker or wheel loader dump truck allterrain boogie or this roller crusher or and I can drill crusher or whole truck. I I think I have [ __ ] ton of money. I can actually fuel truck. Oh, okay.
Because they really went on on this whole fuel mechanic. Let me show you. So if you buy this drill crusher, it seems it's powered by oil and you can literally you you need to go there because this is like heavy machinery that need to operate and this is like your personal machinery where you can add like bigger like loaders and drills and I think I bought all of them anyway or rented or where they are. Yeah, here like a exo carrier. Okay, maybe I take this one also. Then you can have like knuckle driller. This is just like you. But again, I I don't even drill myself anymore.
Don't drill.
And there's an ad because this is red.
Yes.
So,
yes.
Something that looks like we are warriors and it's not we are warriors and then it goes to shitty playable that has four pixels.
Oh, nice.
It's Royal Tower Defense Castle Super Plus games.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I know. I
know this game. These guys.
Yeah. So, let me operate my heavy drill. See? So, oil. So, as this goes, it consumes oil and I need to go there and again bring it oil. And I'm like intrigued what the fuel truck will do here. But let's just go here. But I'm guessing we're kind of
uh not really, man.
We need to extend that bridge like we did last time. I hope it's not for an ad.
I hope it is.
No, it's for money. Okay, there we go. So, let's because this is already stage three, by the way. It took few days to get here.
Oh, yeah. Of course.
So, now we go with the drill and we can finally drill this [ __ ] out. So, see this is this is how you do it. It's not like by dumping it one by one.
Uh you can even get this and so on so forth. So, finally I can do Oh, next
section right there. We know where to go. Uh, so you drill a lot of these things and then you need to bring them back. But this will be a job for my guys, not for me because later down the line you can actually get workers and I'll show you. I think you they can even operate this. Run out of oil. Goodbye.
Uh, so yeah. Uh, we can even activate this like train here. See, there's my guy collecting stuff for me. So if we go and continue into next session, it will just be more of the same with more heavier ores and so on so forth. Um so it just gives you more and more mechanics to do the same. So like you see like just give more ores. Actually this can be played by idle just me waiting in the base and guys will just bring it all together like because if I go here again let me just finish unload here and to the worker menu you have these workers that I can even equip here. for instance, Petra here. She's great.
So, let me give her um which one? Exo
carrier because she's going to do the lifting, not me. Now, she has like 90 capacity.
I'm okay with like my [ __ ] stuff. And then you can uh these guys run out of stamina and they need to go eat pizza here.
And you can build one more pizza table. You need to build this in every single stage from scratch. So, what not? Uh so, the mechanics and everything is just quite simple. It's more of the same. Uh here's the old all stuff as I was telling you about. Then there are these ads that pop up on you like speed boosts for like five minutes a second from wish game style stuff. And then uh you see there's the machinery I can get into like if I need to or change my camera but the important part here is again I can upgrade my guy or I give like this equipment to other guys. There's the shop part with lots of ads and everything. They actually have skip it. This is important.
Very important.
Yeah, but it's not making that much IP revenue anyway.
Did anyone say revenue? Oh, yeah. This episode is brought to you by Fastpring, the no drama D2C partner that's been scaling with mobile publishers for over 20 years. They're fast growing, profitable, and seriously reliable, which is more than you can say about most vendors in this space. Anyway, whether you're launching a new web store, replacing your current D system, or adding a backup plan, Fast Spring is here for you. Visit fastpring.gg to set up your web store today. Fastpring.gg. Hello, Fastprint. Thank you very much, guys, for sponsoring this episode. And then they have the company stuff which again unlocks at some point and company stuff are permanent upgrades as we know. So you have light equipment upgrade and mining upgrade and then you have uh heavy equipment research tree
again same thing. At some point you get this like [ __ ] currency like these machinery [ __ ] that you get for completing the levels. So if I complete the stage I get 550. So this is prestige currency basically and you can resets and you need to get from the base. So rent all the equipment again, buy all the upgrades again, hire all the workers again and just more stuff
and there's some like flavor to it where you have like drill or you seen these bridges or whatnot. So the levels are quite interesting,
but it's still the same mini game of like you having different means of drilling through these ores and bringing them back and so on so forth. So it's quite nice. Uh it's quite light I would say. It's like you can do this pretty much all the time. You can just wait for these guys and they they will drill themselves like see like I didn't really like dig any uh ores here in this level. They are only 35%. You can switch to
next level at 80% basically. And these guys will just slowly bring it up. I can just leave it running. And again, you know, emulator wins as always. And uh yeah, that's pretty much it. I'm guessing that at stage five or seven this or how how big it is. Yeah, stage five. It's that's it. Because I'm guessing some horse or horse will be just too big to bite there.
Bless you. Yeah. Anyway, so that was it. Uh the game is I would say an upgrade of the usual creative that you see on Golden Goblins or
Yes. Golden Goblins. Yeah. Just a different theme.
They also have this uh kind of lumber theme as well.
Yeah.
Which is not uh ink but it's not lumber ink but it's it's very close to that. So
yeah. So guys started scanning this in
August and now it's doing something like 200k downloads a day which is great and it's [snorts] already reaching something like 600k DAU
daily users for some times maybe they implemented Kinoa into the live system. Woohoo. Because Kinoa is also sponsor of our podcast. Thank you very much Kinoa. Kina means you know AI operating system for mobile game operations live segments flows live ops game ops all you can imagine no death tickets so go to kinoa.ai integrating hours and turn your players into the money m making machine no just into more revenues kinoa.ai Okay, I there you go. There you go.
If we go on counter filter, this is still doing quite okay, but it's not really that pristine because most of the traffic is of course coming from India, Russia, Brazil, Indonesia, and so on so
forth. So, US is still 50kdau, but uh yeah, it's
yeah, it's not bad. Not bad.
Not bad, but not that big. If you look at their portfolio, um, it's actually making quite similar downloads to Pizza Ready, but again, Pizza Ready being their biggest game.
Uh, where do I have it? I don't have it here. Yeah, here I have it. So, Pizza Ready, if you remember, was the game that was like giant giant. Like, this is the game that pretty much pulled them on the map.
And if you remember, Super Sand kind of split with the,00%. They were like one kind of one conglomerate company or whatever before something something
connected another one like I don't know the story full
but yeah uh pizza already at its height in April 2024 was doing like 30 million downloads a month.
Hell yeah.
Hell yeah. Exactly. And [snorts] it's already passed like half a billion
downloads since then. And it's still doing okay. Like you see it's still doing like 100 200k downloads a day because it's just like at the start of years was still doing 600k downloads a day. It's crazy
crazy number is still something like 2 and a half million still to this day.
Two and a half gamers.
If we go country filter
I think the traffic is kind of the same. Yeah, it's India, US is quite high, but there's like Egypt, Pakistan. So, they're running it on like tier two, tier three traffic of course mainly.
So, it's not not like Yeah. Otherwise, you like they would
kill themselves um with the CPI, but uh it's now their biggest game on in matter of like downloads per day. Let's see how high it goes because it's I think quite promising and the core is really really suited for this kind of a pump and dump uh scale atbased game. pump and dump.
And the other thing I want to show which we again covered on the podcast already is that there is XP Hero which is their other division as they said on the China Joy Conference which is doing quite well because it's doing something like 60K a day in in apps but it's still running if I understand on mostly ad revenue on top of it. I'm not sure if it's mostly, but there's a lot of other venue.
Yeah. 300k.
So, [clears throat] yeah, we were always comparing this game with uh Bachero. Bacher Hero. Let me just do a quick comparison here. Yeah, Ber Hero is doing like double the revenue, but
Bacher Hero is not doing really that much ad revenue and much less.
Yeah. Yeah. So I'm guessing these these games go neck to neck against each other. But again, this is just like
another pillar of their portfolio now. So this game is quite promising. I'm really looking forward to it how it will like go and run if they can scale it up because uh yeah, seems there will be a lot of ads and lot of revenue. So if I'm playing now Felix from Wish.
Yes, tell me Mr. Felix Wish.
I will for a second.
A second. Yes, please. Um, so the game leans hard on rewarded ads as you seen here because everything to pretty much watch on rewarded ads and interstitials were quite light. Even during our game play, we seen like what like two or three which is
Yeah. Not not too much. But [snorts] if you if you look at the the actual XP hero
there, you know, like it gradually started to be super [ __ ] annoying. [laughter] So yeah, here here like after four or five days intersticials aren't really that that
Yeah, it's not that. So it's quite there's 29 rewarded at placement six
interstitial one.
God, it's insane.
Yeah. And an intersticial can only appear at the natural break at most once every 3 minutes. So nothing like our favorite mystery dumpling would ever add simulator [ __ ]
Even even Xperia was shorter time refresh.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um yeah, so again lots of stuff which means that basically uh this makes 58k a day which is 80% ad revenue.
Nice.
That's what our Felix said.
So good. 60k a day sounds pretty good.
You can work with that.
They have some they have some like leftover IP revenue.
Le 10k a day. So
yeah, it's okay.
So 70k a day for this this type of a game which which looks like a VIP coded prototype done in two two like
two weekends.
Yeah. But then look,
it's all you can [ __ ] imagine from the Forex again
or lumber I or whatever like that or this pretty much
idle lumber.
Idle lumber or golden goblins or whatever [snorts] you want to call it. like this is pretty much it and you [clears throat] will not see that much else but this is exactly how it works and why
but this is how the game actually plays.
Yeah, exactly. It is how it works game based on creative.
Yes. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
It's not fake.
Come on. Give me a break. It is not fake though. Yeah. I know. But this is the this is the mastery. And I think what Erin uh in in Istanbul asked me like okay like who dictates what if it's UA and or product and
UA dictates everything.
Yeah. I don't think there is like a question anymore. Like no no it's not.
See really?
Yeah. Hey like there's so much Honestly
I don't care.
I thought it was real world. I think
it could be. Yeah it could be real world.
This is track star stuff.
Yeah exactly. There's so much Drastar stuff and I'm pretty sure like this works super well because that was something that worked super well for drugstar and like these are these guys are just borrowing this or well borrowing
this is literally their gameplay.
Yeah. Let's call the police. [snorts]
But this is their gameplay. Like this is this is actually true.
Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. I know. Which is great because then he's like oh we need these creatives. It's fine just to capture the game play. Yeah,
maybe.
You've seen the drill. I just use it.
Yeah. Yeah, I know. I know. I know.
It's all all all real.
This is perfect.
They have some more AI.
Yeah. Yeah, man. Of course.
This creative I seen already somewhere.
Yeah. On trackar.
This is AI, man.
Yeah, of course it's AI.
Is really good AI again. Game over. Oops. And I'm, you know, I can watch I can look at this video and just, you know,
just relax.
Yeah. And I wish this. Yeah. So he he made he made he made made it great now. Okay. I hope you made make it as well. This is Oh, let's see. Will it work? Oh, maybe.
Very good AI.
Yes, exactly. Right. And then help me. Okay. You know, [ __ ] off. I'll just go here and then
drilling into a golden wall. Yeah. [laughter] Yes.
Let's do it.
The rog light element is perfect.
Yeah. Exactly. Right. Like and this is it.
So this is 58 seconds of all AI and it's beautiful. Honestly, like this is like how it should be. And I I def I love it.
How many creatives they have?
2,700.
27. Man, you showed us this creative by the way.
Yeah. Yeah.
This is the one from the from the last
last creative trends.
Creative trends. Yeah. Yeah.
Looks very nice
with the tiger.
Tiger.
The tiger was [ __ ] amazing.
Was really good.
Yeah. The thing is that they're literally killing the idol category now because the top app downloads is pizza ready and now bulldoz second one. Yeah.
And then third one is gym idol clicker by oneoft. which is unicorn studio.
Yeah.
Some stuff from Vietnam.
Yes. All these
I look at gunner by the way. Fourth spot on download. Not revenue.
Of course. On not revenue. What?
On download. On download already.
I look at still killing it.
I mean it's endless also. See, I mean, it's the the theme is just great.
Honestly, as soon as you have a theme that you can pretty much use any of these kind of ideas in terms of AI, like that's how you win.
They know how to scale at based games very well.
Yeah.
Hands down to them.
Like after the learnings of pizza already, I'm guessing like these guys like just just need to find the winning concept for the winning creative CPI and that's it. Oh, but that's like that's the game.
Yeah, that's the game. Of course.
That's the game. Like that's the game. And then like then it's game over for everybody else. [laughter]
And this is super super nice. Look. I mean, it's obviously it's AI, but I don't care.
Of course, because there's no driver in there.
There's no driver. Exactly. There's no driver.
Well, now we go Chrome Valley Customs.
Yeah. Exactly.
Yeah. [laughter] Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
Like this video was was trained on chrome helicro. Yeah. [laughter]
Or track star or trackar.
Trar. This is just trackar one to one.
Nice.
Oh, that's really nice.
Yeah. Like that's it. Thank you very much. B. And that's it. And there's playables and stuff.
So I told my boss I made a playable [music] app with Playable Maker.
And he said to me, "What language did you code it in?" And I said, "I don't know. With Playable Maker, all you [music] do is drag, drop, click, and it does it all for you. So again, he said, "What language did you want to make it in?" I went, I don't know, English. At the end of the day, [music] as long as a playable maker does it all for you, why do you care? It's just like magic.
I mean, I don't even I don't even want to go there, but hello. O, this is such a big AI.
Okay, that was a very big AI. A but definitely got caught my attention and honestly I thought like this is just the Trackstar video because they had something similar
that looked like trackar.
Yeah. And even I think if if I go and
try to find this
you will
six months ago like this is going to be exactly it. Just maybe a little bit like few differences but it's exactly it. And then we have Golden Goblins. Obviously, see, I mean, it's great.
The Golden Goblins want to
Yeah, exactly.
We just bulldozer.
Like, you know, now I understand like why Golden Goblins are is dying because they have again like very, you know, tough competition with Super. They're owning the category pretty much or well, kind of
being owned.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. this and then like what what would you do? I mean in this case like you are just you can't you can't compete with this type of stuff. The thing is that you know golden goblins is one thing but they cannot change their gameplay can create a new gameplay a new creative
every single month basically. So yeah
tough luck. Then you have oh also see hello hello bumblebee hello there regards to Michael Bay.
Yeah exactly. [laughter]
Oh boy.
This is perfect.
Yes.
But how can you make even I mean you can I mean you can obviously I can make this a bit clingy.
What you can make bumblebee from wish? Of course you can.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean
bulldozer bee.
Bulldozer bee. But this is I mean this is one one but then
yeah come on I mean it's not exactly the same but still it's very similar and like IP infringements on all the even CN is going to block this
you need to have your own local No I I tried
I tried not Bumble
open source Chinese model won't block this
yeah exactly
you will have problems for not ordering
it to make actual bumblebee
yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [laughter] Yes.
Oh man, I need to do something creative like this, you know, just the dark stuff.
A little bit different mask.
Yeah, I was sure. Yeah, but it's pretty obvious.
Yeah, of course. But this is the whole point of AI. Like you can do these Hollywood style effect characters from Wish in 5 seconds and and and and you okay, you know, no no IP, no nothing like
like we see our Henry Kevl from Wish.
Yeah. Oh, I I I I tried to use Ver from Wish in some of the videos for for a different IP and they were not very happy about it, but it was like, oh my god, like this is exactly
Yeah, of course. Like, man, like it would look
Have used the new one. [laughter] Oh, no, no, no, no, no, brother.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's not That's That's not a proper feature for me.
It would drive down [laughter] the CPI.
It would drive up the CPI. No, no, no, no, no, man. Not that it's not going to happen. But you obviously we couldn't use the the video, but it's it was super obvious that you know, you can do this, but this looks like a
king shot.
King Shad. Yeah. I was like a king shot for that.
There's a king shot for that. Yeah,
it's exactly
so creative.
Yeah, they have to know. Yeah, they don't care about anything,
which is good. We should as well.
Great. Yeah, we should as well. Yeah, I did.
Great. So, all you need is a great idea, great theme that you can reuse pretty much all the different Forex creatives and everything and then you're done. Then you're fine. Easy. Then next time when someone asks me like what's the
profit?
Yeah, exactly. Profit. And then like what what game should I make?
Use Forex creative. That's
Yeah, use Forex creative. They go there. Yeah, just go there and whatever works just you know make it make it in the game. But it's like it's true like we we we discussed rotate rings. It's the same thing. Arrows, it's the same [ __ ] thing.
It's the same thing. It's just
Forex creative and just game play to Forex creatives. Make it either deep or add based.
Yeah. Then you're fine. Yeah. [laughter]
Scale procale scale profit. Thank you very much. See you next time. [laughter] Yeah, but that's it pretty much. I mean, they have quite a lot of creatives and let me check like what they're actually using in terms of the the advertising and different channels, but it's not going to be very surprising. Very nice balance actually.
Facebook is quite surprising though. But Mint integral and Unity is fine man. Mint integral is also I started using Mint integral some of the some of the some of the accounts and
especially on one major army took took like a week or so and it's
it's second best channel
really.
Yeah. I was like what the [ __ ] And then I realized oh wait a second we talk about on on on all the podcasts almost all the time. It's like ah jeez. So yeah kind of works. So I can see the the split and this is exactly how your split should look like. Not like uplaving 99%.
It's pretty much all
these guys know how to scale.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Of course they know. Of course they know.
You want to do 99% up.
No, no, no. But yeah, integral is quite quite big which is nice. So good. Yeah. I mean that's that's pretty much it from my end. I think we we can we can end it here because it's again a great example of the combination of the great UA and then decent product. [laughter]
It's perfect product.
Yes, it fits. It fits well.
I'm guessing that the pro profitability
of this project is like through the roof.
Sure. Like 100%. Super just getting bigger and bigger basically.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Anyway, uh cool.
I was just checking one more month until review right there.
Yes. See you next See you in the review radar. All the games that we discussed. And yeah, if you if you want us to discuss any other games, let us know. And we'll see you next time or in the Slack channel or in the comment section. I love that section. [laughter] Ciao. Bye-bye.
Bulldozer Master, a simple idle-friendly mining game from Supercent, is presented as a case study in how a game can scale rapidly without high production values. Its core loop of digging ore, carrying it to a refinery, and upgrading equipment, machinery, workers, and prestige currency is straightforward, and the discussion argues that visual polish is not a prerequisite for strong ad performance. The title is framed as a fast-growing, AI-assisted, creative-driven idle game built on a template similar to Golden Goblins and Lumber Idle, with the broader trend of Asian developers driving much of the sector's growth.
The headline figures center on scale. The game reportedly reached roughly 200K downloads a day and about 600K daily active users after launching in August, with US DAU near 50K and most traffic coming from India, Russia, Brazil, and Indonesia. Revenue is about $70K per day, of which roughly $58K comes from rewarded ads (around 80 percent of the total) and about $10K from in-app purchases. The speakers note that the game now ranks as the second most-downloaded app behind Pizza Ready.
The analysis attributes this performance primarily to user acquisition paired with a product that is good enough to retain players. Ad creatives are identified as the core growth driver, with reusable creative themes such as rotating rings or arrows, and with gameplay designed around what performs well in ads. On channel mix, Mintegral and Unity are described as strong performers, Mintegral ranked as the second-best channel on one account, and Facebook proved surprisingly significant.
The overall conclusion is that profitability is likely very high and still growing. The recommendation is to scale ad spend while closely monitoring results over the following month to confirm that the economics hold as volume increases.
