[Music] how can you still like get ahead and disrupt this business instead of just like participating because we get that consistency is important right but let's you know think bigger let's own dominate this game well I actually think it maybe take a slightly different approach that um I feel bad for creators because so much of their life then gets wrapped up in the analytics right like they become obsessed they they all of a sudden attribute their value to how many subscribers they have how many views they have how many followers they have and so my advice actually would be like on that road that that is not you like don't make that your identity don't do that because I I think the the mental toll is pretty significant and people don't talk about that enough in the Creator ecosystem so I think my advice to anybody doing it would be more around that um so that you have like mental well-being throughout your career in the Creator system I will say I think the most important thing that I've learned and this is on the professional side I try and explain it to my creators is fail often

make your team feel comfortable failing often and make your community comfortable with failure you're going to experiment you're going to try hard things you're going to try new things and a lot of that comes back to how do you handle when you don't get it right whether that's because your Creative Vision didn't work out or you know your algorithm play didn't work out um that is a really powerful way to say stay focused on like what you want as opposed to just chasing the analytics I think that's really important I think um I guess on both the mental health side and just the the access to opport Unity side um really um engaging with you like the fellow creative Community people who are at the same level as you people who are one step ahead of you um being super open to collaboration uh building a network of other artists and creators in your area is so important um say from the mental health side that you know you're in it with all of these people who get it um and also you know you have so much more power as a collective
