Recap: Road to Nordic - Gamecity Hamburg at the Nordic Games Conference 2024

The Road to Nordic program, facilitated by Gamecity Hamburg, aimed to bolster the international presence of Hamburg-based indie game developers by providing them with a platform at the Nordic Game Conference 2024 in Malmö.

• Gamecity Hamburg supported four local indie developers—About Cannons + Sparrows, Amberdive Interactive, Pipapo Games, and Markus Koepke—at the Nordic Game Conference 2024 in Malmö from May 21 to 24.
• The participating Hamburg studios utilized a shared exhibition booth in partnership with medianet Games Berlin Brandenburg to increase their international visibility.
• About Cannons + Sparrows secured a position in the Spring Pitch Battle on the Developer Showcase stage, following participation in the Publishers & Investors Day speed-pitching sessions.
