Shikenso Analytics Partners With MOONTON Games

MOONTON Games, the publisher of the mobile MOBA title Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, has entered into a strategic partnership with the German analytics firm Shikenso Analytics. The primary objective of this collaboration is to enhance the measurement and valuation of sponsorship assets during the M6 World Championship, which is currently taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The partnership focuses on utilizing Shikenso’s data-driven platform to track brand exposure across various channels, including livestreams and social media. By providing precise metrics, the firm aims to help MOONTON optimize its sponsorship propositions, identify high-performing engagement channels, and maximize visibility for its diverse roster of global and regional partners. While the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, the collaboration underscores a broader industry trend toward professionalizing sponsorship valuation in mobile esports.

The M6 World Championship, which runs from November 21 to December 15, 2024, features a $1 million USD prize pool and involves a wide array of international sponsors, such as ASUS Republic of Gamers, Secretlab, and various regional partners across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia. This deal integrates MOONTON into a growing portfolio of Shikenso clients, which includes prominent esports organizations and tournament operators like Team Liquid, Fnatic, and PGL. Through this partnership, MOONTON seeks to leverage advanced analytics to better understand the value generated for its stakeholders and refine its long-term commercial strategy within the competitive gaming ecosystem.
