Prodigy Agency, a Toulouse-based firm specializing in esports talent representation, has appointed Martin Demilly as head of sales and partnerships and Aurélien Couprit as sales and partnerships team manager. These strategic hires are intended to bolster the company’s commercial operations and support its broader objective of expanding business activities beyond the traditional esports sector.
Martin Demilly joins the agency following a five-year tenure at ESL FACEIT Group, where he held various executive roles focused on partnership development. His professional background also includes leadership positions at organizations such as Airbus and Gulf Oil International. Aurélien Couprit, who previously served as a campaigns manager for Prodigy Agency, returns to the company after a two-year contract with the government of Bussy-Saint-Georges, France. In his new capacity, he will oversee the management and execution of commercial campaigns.
These appointments align with the ongoing development of Prodigy Solutions, a division launched in December 2024 to assist brands and game publishers in navigating the gaming and esports landscape. By leveraging a network that claims to reach over 50 million followers globally, the agency aims to establish dedicated teams across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This organizational growth reflects a concerted effort to diversify the company's service offerings and capitalize on its existing influence within the competitive gaming market.
