The Ubisoft third-quarter fiscal year 2026 earnings results, covering the period from October 1 to December 31, 2025, highlight a period of stable revenue performance alongside significant shifts in platform engagement. The company reported quarterly revenue of €318.4 million, representing a marginal year-over-year increase of 0.1%. However, net bookings—which account for deferred payments—grew by 11.9% to reach €337.7 million, surpassing internal company forecasts.
A primary driver of this growth was the strong performance of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, bolstered by the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows on the Nintendo Switch 2 and the Valley of Memory expansion for Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Other notable contributors to the quarter’s results included Anno 117: Pax Romana, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, and the From the Ashes expansion for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Digital sales remained a cornerstone of the business model, accounting for 75.8% of total net bookings, or €255.8 million.
The data reveals a substantial pivot in platform distribution, most notably a significant rise in PC revenue, which climbed to 41% of the total share compared to 26% in the previous year. Conversely, console revenue share declined from 54% to 45%, and mobile revenue dropped from 10% to 7%. Despite these shifts in platform reliance, the company maintained a healthy engagement level, reporting 38 million monthly active players in December 2025, a 3% increase over the same period in 2024. While the report provides a clear view of revenue and engagement trends, it does not disclose specific net profit or loss figures for the quarter.
