Suri will lead the company's international expansion and enhance youth-focused engagement strategies.
NODWIN Gaming has appointed Atin Suri as its new global head of experiential marketing to spearhead the company’s international expansion and enhance its youth-focused engagement strategies. This strategic hire aligns with the organization’s broader efforts to scale its footprint in the esports and gaming festival sectors, building upon its existing operations in India, South Asia, and the MENA region.
Suri brings extensive industry experience to the role, having previously founded several ventures, including The Experiential Hub and Esports Experiential, and serving in senior leadership positions at Geometry Encompass. His background includes a long-standing professional relationship with NODWIN Gaming, where he previously contributed to the execution of major regional projects such as the Dew Arena, DreamHack India, and various high-profile esports tournaments like ESL One and the PUBG Mobile Pro League.
In his new capacity, Suri will oversee the development of global marketing strategies, manage white-label events, and focus on creating immersive, technology-driven experiences designed to connect brands with gaming audiences. This appointment follows NODWIN Gaming’s recent move to acquire Berlin-based agency Freaks 4U Gaming, a deal intended to provide the company with deeper access to the European esports ecosystem. By integrating Suri’s expertise in experiential marketing, the company aims to strengthen its ability to deliver high-impact, consumer-centric activations that drive both brand awareness and commercial conversion across its global portfolio.
