Hasbro's market cap is 10 billion, right? So, what's their revenue? Let me see.
They also have DND, man. It's It's not that like
Yeah, that's true.
Baldersgate did like 800 million. So, keep that in mind.
If you look at the dice [music] with those coins [music] with the two and a half gamers, the midnight crew talking UA adverts and game design too. Mate, feeling shaku bringing the insight. We're rocking those vibes till the early daylight [music] a master eyes on the prize. Tracking data through the cyerspace skies. Feeling stacks colors like a wizard in disguise. Jacks lift us to the highest. Two and a half gamers talking [music] smack. Slow hockey sick. Got your back. Ads are beautiful. They light the way. [music] Click it fast. Don't delay. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. [music] Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Rest. [music]
I think it's it's fine. Don't worry. It's going to be okay. I do I do not like this cave that much, but who am I to judge? Even though this should be in my grandpa wheelhouse, I guess. [laughter]
The most grandpa wheel houses.
I know, right? I know, right? Welcome. Yeah. By the way, welcome everybody. I didn't see you there. So, today we're going to talk about Monopoly Bingo. Such a great game. Not for everybody on this podcast for sure. Anyway, my name is Mat Lanchic.
I'm Felix Broadberg.
And we are your hosts.
We won't do this again.
Yeah. No, no, we can do that one.
Just let's just new new setup.
No, I think I think it was fine. It was just uh a lot of fun. Anyway, uh so what what should we do? Do we want to go for the actual game first, which is super short game play?
It's not super short. It's It's quite interesting once you get to it.
Once you get I mean, wasn't that you who actually thought
is that bingo a thing? Like where's the game? I don't get it.
Metab is the game. That's the thing.
Yeah. Anyway, let's go.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, start. [laughter] What are you talking about?
Okay.
Okay. So, um, Monopoly Bingo. So, there's this game that pop out and yeah, why not? Why? Why not?
What an excitement. What?
Yeah. What an excitement. So, why not? Why not cover bingo game?
So, I think this is the first time I actually played a bingo game. I never played
bingo when you were little.
No, no, I mean like mobile bingo game.
Oh,
I I actually I was working on a real money gaming bingo be like some time ago.
That's so I know. Yeah.
Okay. Am I the only one who's been to a actual bingo hall to play bingo?
Oh, wow.
You know, you know, this this was this was a thing when when it's 4 or 5 a.m.
in in Bea and everybody's drunk and there's a bingo place, so you go there and you kind of compete with the the old people.
That's exactly where I went. I played bingo in Scotland because basically when you're a student, it's the cheapest place to drink and is open at weird hours.
Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. [laughter] Jakob, you don't drink, so you don't know. Easy.
Yeah, of course. Of course. Of course. Okay.
Cheers to Cheers to that then.
Yeah.
By the way, one cool thing I noticed when I started playing this, did the first city or the street that you were seeing, was it localized to the town you were in? Because I was playing in Lisbon and it was localized to Lisbon streets for the first streets.
Really?
Yeah.
I didn't even notice. Let's see.
It's probably cuz you're in America, right? But maybe Yakob saw some beast. Like, did you see some beast?
I don't see
Atlantic City. There you go. [laughter]
No, no, but it's before Atlantic. It's before Atlantic City. It's like right before then. It's just like for the
first time user experience.
Okay.
E.
So maybe the onboarding is actually Shiato Lisbon. Okay. [laughter] No way. Okay. Okay. Um, yeah. So, let's talk about first the core and then we'll talk about the the meta. Uh, actually, let's do two cards because you can actually do four bingo cards at once, which I was doing and it's kind of crazy to be honest.
It's crazy because that's also like all the creative like
clicking like this.
Yeah. Anyway, so we have this uh just to start up, we have this like golf clash style progression, which is like the more like arena you push whatever, the more soft you need to wedge in in order to get the starting line and then kind of goes up and up and up. So that's there. Let's start with the two cards bingo instead of four cards. I can show you later.
Yeah. So the game play is uh
seeing
a little bit of so the game play is basically you looking at those two bingo
cards would have thought and then the announcer says the numbers and you need to click on those and I didn't really get
Yeah. And I didn't really get the idea that uh what happens if you if you miss that or or you don't get that because there's like it will kind of flash anyway with this blue like this color anyway. So yeah, I don't know if just like you're too slow or whatever. Here you see how many bingos are there yet to be done or as I understood like with other players which I guess are all bots or stuff like that. And and then there are these boosters that you charge up that you click here on the top right. Those are kind of quite important. And then as you see the board kind of gets more and more polluted by these event type of positions basically like the chest elixir here or the whatever
but that's the drink that that we talked about Felix. That's a drink
is it?
Yeah. Yeah.
It's a drink you get 5 a.m. because you play bingo the bingo bingo. [clears throat]
So so those are like more metag game progression layers. you unlock more of these different types of like things are put into the board. It makes it interesting actually. And then you need to fight five in a row and then call bingo basically until like all these other things get called out first.
And what happens if you press the bingo button without having bingo?
No, the bingo for 5 seconds and it locks the board.
Yeah.
And then again we're getting what? Not not our number 14 again our and this is basically it like that's the core.
Yeah. Thank you very much for listening. See [laughter] you next time.
I mean we're not the target audience here but this is one of the most competitive this game.
I know. Yeah. I mean it's my target demographic and like the grandpa style of game but I don't really like this much much.
Yeah.
Just like I don't see
for hard currency add more bingo kind of
sticks there if if you want. fast. Woohoo.
Which I didn't because like it's completely overpriced. And then you get the like end of the end of the round soft currency or whatever. So slowly it unlocks literally a monopoly board
which you get later which you then like are all like monopoly go like
and old people love those dogs like those dogs.
Yeah.
Yeah. So you get these things and kind of it simulates Monopoly like the actual one like controls and everything looks like Monopoly go but this is the actual Monopoly board. So kind of you play it and then you get ranking and guess what you get collectible album cards because why not fits everything like any casual game on the planet basically.
You did call this like everyone should just do it because it works so well.
Of course it's just like casual games like it just works so well like why why would you not do that? And Midcore is doing it also.
I mean, Midcore is B.
Yeah, it's just like so good of a mechanic. So, why why not? So, yeah,
this this is like one of those layers that's there. Like, we can play this if we want even more.
So, that's there. Uh gives you boosters, gives you like additional soft currencies and so forth. So, this is like one additional metal layer. Uh the second one would be this kind of a tournament which is like literally an event that goes for again typical liveop stuff. Nothing really to it except the point and this is the interesting part. So you collect these potions or whatever and you can double them for an ad at the end of the game which is which comes super late
which comes super late.
I don't think it's even big that much.
I would guess like day three day three it unlocked yet. Then we have offers as usual and then we have uh two more mechanics which I didn't unlock yet. And then uh I think
because you can't you couldn't force yourself to play the bingo too long.
I played a lot of games by the way to
get level 50.
I know. Yeah. I mean yeah.
Let's go four cards and we'll get unlock at least this one just to kind of show you like the the craziness of this because with four cards again it like increases
like playing 10 10 tables on the during poker or
the literally like that because it's the same you just you're just clicking non-stop because like E20 here. Okay. So is it here or here? Okay. is here and then you need to check the other two boards which are on a different screen because you need to click there.
So it's pretty much like a non-stop clicking and this frenzy thing basically because
better right because Lego one board is boring
afterwards. Yeah, definitely like I can I can watch for that. This is just much more interesting because it just gets so fast to do can't even keep up like checking all these basically.
It was in the corner. Go back
where
72 corner right there you go. 31, so on so forth. So, this one is definitely much more enjoyable, but it's like it gets like super super fast pretty much. So, let's see. There was also this kind
of a pizza level where it has this mechanic where you need to like take out the the slots for the Monopoly guy to eat a pizza.
No, no, no. Bonus question. What's his name?
Penny Backs.
There we go. Penny bags.
There we go. Milton. [snorts]
Exactly. So again, and it also highlights you here like if I get 22, I get the bingo here. So I can like call the card or whatever stuff like that. So kind of gets more and more. The boosters are now even more tactical because you can literally choose it which boards you want to show them or throw them. So that that's definitely kind of creates a little bit more control over what what's happening here. It's not just like random clicking. Um there we go. So again, it takes a lot of lot of like time to kind of do this and I and you still don't get these bingos. Like it's just like just from time to time. I think the most I got was three during one one play and that was like a kind of I would say
pretty rare occasion. Yeah. So still not a bingo anywhere.
Mhm.
Not here. Not here. Here. At least we got that power up booster and that's it. Yeah. So, we can still show the gems if we want, but oh, we can at least to show it. There we go. Okay. Again, we collecting cards to kind of progress into the into the layer. See, this is the the event currency we can get for an ad, which we won't because it still takes [ __ ] done.
Um, not not this time. Um,
come on.
There will be more.
There will be more ads today. We didn't level up. Doesn't matter. Um,
some some like stuff there. And then daily quest, the album. Yeah, the typical album like with the the usual thing. I don't know if we can trade. I guess we can trade because I don't
know if I have like a double of the same card. Yeah, probably. All right. Do I? Ah, yes. Send us gift. Okay. So, we can trade. So they have the trend trading functionality which is
your friends first, right?
Well, yeah. Most important one.
Yeah.
Yeah. So yeah, pretty.
That's why you can't play this game properly.
Nothing really to it. I guess we can go to the numbers because like it's done pretty well. Even the menu and everything like this game was released in like February this year. Seems a little bit old to me. Like
I would like Yeah.
Like the style or the art style or like what I mean? M yeah like this whole thing. I'll agree with you.
Really
looks like a flash game a little bit to me.
Sure. Why? Like Okay. Do you know like what we just said on like beginning of the podcast the demographics? I mean what do you what do you want?
Okay.
Yeah.
But but I looked in sensor I looked in sensor tower in this genre, right? And it makes about 400 million in total all the largest games in the bingo genre.
I mean it's a big Yeah, it's a big [laughter] genre. Yes. I I agree. I agree. Exactly. Yeah. So, if you look at the game itself, as I said, uh soft launch January 2025 now scaled all the way to something like 60 70k a day. IP downloads wise, uh yeah, they're hitting alltime high with like 20k. Active users favorite is again alltime high something like K, which is pretty [snorts] US- ccentric top 60%. Yes.
Yeah. nothing really to it and I actually
but go to go to the demographics and the like
demo
if yeah like if it's actually what we are talking about
of course it is [laughter] just just to confirm
but not that old actually be way older
35 to 44 being the main quite interesting
quite interesting like it would be plus more yeah yeah
yeah
that's quite interesting Okay. Definitely excuse older, but like I would guess like this would be the biggest
45 54. Okay.
I mean, this can't be this can be just like broad targeting targeting everybody and then now when they're kind of starting to scale more, it's going to go or skew towards the
That's right.
That can't be right.
That's Yeah, that's that's
way. Anyway,
it's going to skew to the older
one last thing I want to add. Uh these are the other Monopoly games except Monopoly of course because it would like completely distort the chart.
Yeah.
Don't want to put it here just to see like how the IP is fairing with some other games which have slots casino the board game poker Texas hold them bingo the one we covering and solitire card games. Actually the bingo is the best one if I
understand correctly
which is surprisingly bad. [laughter]
Yeah. Like this is if I understand correct this is the second best monopoly mobile game on the
on the stores.
Do you think this is why Hasbro's stock price is up 20% this year?
Cuz honestly the biggest winner for this is Hasbro, right? Cuz they're getting royalty payments no matter what, right? And everyone's
But like from this in comparison to Monopoly Go like this is nothing.
Every like this whole chart is peanuts compared to Monopoly Go. [laughter]
Exactly.
The whole chart is just like two days in Monopoly
Go. Not two days but not two days. But still
Hasbro's market cap is 10 billion, right? So what's their revenue? Let me see.
They also have DND, man. It's it's not that like
Yeah, that's true.
Baldersgate did like 800 million. So keep that in mind. If you look at this, it's not [laughter]
this is just
Yeah.
Yeah. But like it's like
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. I think there's also the real
world monopoly game in soft launch currently.
Uh [sighs] that our friend Marush was talking about.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think that one uh the Polish studio behind it. But yeah, we'll we'll check that on if if it goes up like how how it's going. If you go back to uh the Monopoly bingo uh on Sensor Tower and just click into it and go in the genre,
you'll see why this game is kind of impressive, right?
Cuz by downloads, this game is absolutely dominating the highly lucrative bingo genre, right? And if you go by revenue, you'll see
it's not making as much yet, but by downloads, which is usually trading and trailing, right? probably will be able to catch up to PlayA which has been 14 million a month with being
come on man like also you know who Vertex games is or Vertex games are matching story Chinese people
I didn't know that actually
so it's like you are against pla which is a monster
and then another monster coming from China good luck I mean not impossible but good luck
isn't that like one of their biggest games. Play Tinker.
No.
Bingo one.
No. This is way too small to be one of their biggest games.
They have mache spending in Disney Solitaire. It's not one of their
Not anymore. Not anymore.
Let me check. Uh Toy Story.
Yes.
Definitely big, but like I would guess this is also pretty big. Okay. So, let's just say here.
Yeah. Bingo Blaz. Bingo Blaze is the biggest game. Oh, there you go. J's journey and then Dice Dreams. Told you.
Nice. Okay. [gasps] That's a surprise.
I thought it was Slaughter Mania. Surely it's Slot Mania.
Yeah, I was I would say it's a different game, but
Yep.
Nice.
I did not expect that.
Where's this solar here?
Something doesn't smell right here.
I don't know. Like, is Disney solitire here? It's here.
It's here.
How much is it doing? Like this.
How about you have a you have too long of a time frame. It's all time. So if you go last 30 days last year
even even last year.
Wow. So yeah. So it is not that big yet.
Not that big yet.
How I I guess. Yeah. They're definitely not doing 20 or 15 mil a month.
They're not doing 15 mill.
Yeah.
Not yet.
They're doing They did 15 mil a month.
They did in August. Yeah. But now it's
September. Okay. Now
13. Okay.
Okay. So it's still a little bit bigger, let's just say. But it's it's the biggest. Yep. Interesting.
Yeah. Add on for Monopoly bingo. Add another 10% on ad revenue, but so small because it's 90k like it's like you watch few ads. That's it. Like
Yeah.
If if you get to it even.
But again, like let's pause here. Bingo Voyage and Bingo Frenzy. Two games from the same company.
Chinese company.
Yeah. Yeah.
They're doing the microphone strategy. Huh. Microphone strategy.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. So,
but also another triple dot studio
bingo. The price is right bingo.
Yeah. Half a mill,
which isn't really growing.
Yeah. I mean,
you know what I'm most happy about seeing this? Knowing that I don't have to play any of these bingo games.
Exactly. [laughter]
Can you see this by the way, mate? You see this?
Yeah.
Century games.
Yeah. Yeah, they have one as well. Mean
look, it's just looks all categories goes like that's a nice category.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean all the categories starting from farming games and whatever else.
That's interesting.
I would say it's what old.
This is old. Yeah, this is quite old.
All these like different uh nonforex games are pre white out survival.
Yeah, that's they were doing quite well
and they were doing quite well at that time but just not as well as with white out and kingshot. So,
but still still I was looking I was looking into their portfolio when we discussed Frozen City and then White Out briefly, which was a long time ago. So,
they have [ __ ] ton of games.
Yeah.
I mean, this is a nice category, but would you want to run like a game in this category in terms of like the the design? Well, I guess there's not that much design, I guess.
Some people met Meta's the design, man. Like, don't don't underestimate it. Like, you still need to do proper meta. That's true.
And it's kind of very hard to take on actually the meta stuff because it's just
also the CPIs are absolutely terrible.
Yeah, I could get I could guess that.
What are the CPIs in this genre? You said of curiosity.
Uh [snorts and sighs] it's it's not match free but still it's
man it's under social casino umbrella basically.
Yeah, it's it's not really like $10 $15 but like 30 40 depends. And the real money gaming [ __ ] was like 50 60 even.
It was iOS US only. So I mean in all only like couple of states anyway.
Yeah. So
what do you think the biggest conversion point in the game is?
Conversion point.
Yeah.
Like why would you pay the thing?
Yeah. I I don't get it. Why would you
pay
the one at the end? You've seen it. No.
The one where I just played like the cannon to shoot more kind of
really. Yeah. Like
I mean sure. I mean yeah but
you don't get the bingo otherwise.
You know the problem is that you don't see this because currently in these like early arenas there's like Okay. So what? But if we move forward, there's much more soft currency on the line and like if I lose it, I lose everything and therefore I need to buy more soft currency to even start.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean,
sure. It's just Yeah. For me, this is
it's golf clash style of economy.
Yeah.
Like the star view out of soft currency. Not now. This is the early game. We are not not seeing it. And again, there are more features that we are even talking about. I guess I can play this during mate's uh UA part and like get get the feature later. But again, this will like you see this will start you out of currency and then pushes you over.
Yeah, for sure.
That's that's for sure.
I mean, don't don't get too excited for the UA part.
I'm assuming it's going to be a lot of AI creatives, fake ads.
Sure. Yeah. Sure. Exactly.
You want to you want to say anything else about the ads, Felix? There's the one here, one here, and
it's just so anemic, right? Like the only way I realized they have ads is because basically they have in the support chat like a uh like [laughter] a button for the support. Then I asked Yako was like, "Yeah, I see ads."
Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
But uh like this game is not designed for ads, right? Maybe the only one I would add here would probably be for the offers. What's it called? They have the special offer called I wrote it down here.
Not this one.
Yeah, the muggle pal. Just basically this one. Yeah, the chain one here, the endless bargains to include ads here, right? So, it's traditional free.
What would you gain
literally like what exactly one impression like how much money would you add on top of this? Like
it builds together, right? So, like I handicapped this for the 10% probably at four rewarded ads per 45 ad viewer, right? So, let me just add a fifth one
and see what that does, right? So
yeah,
that takes it from
Yeah. 10% to to
That's another 3% boost, right? From one thing, right? So yeah,
it's not big and small numbers.
Exactly. [clears throat] You would need to to have this in way bigger scale would never work as an ad thing, right? It's just
monopoly. Yeah. Monopoly
90,000 is uh that's making this much money already. This is not uh Yeah, I'll be the first to put my hand up here and says like ads don't matter in this game. [snorts]
Yeah, I would I I was kind of thinking about if this would work as an admon only game, for example. Do you think this could scale and has like 100% ads?
The audience not there.
I don't think there's enough user base in the world that wants to play bingo for this. It's like very niche specific and these people are you know they have money
solitaire
much casual
okay look everybody play solitire
so behind the driving force of this 400 mil a year right it's 1 million DAO like okay
yeah that's not enough like all of them yeah yeah
trying to understand point of discussion but it's crazy 1 million people are driving 400 million in spend right so that's probably 3% of those so 3,000 users that's driving this crazy spend and bingo.
Yeah, because what I'm trying to say and we didn't even talk about it. This is under triple dot portfolio and it's clipwire games. So I'm, you know, I was playing with an idea like if this could be a classic triple dot game which admon only and nothing else and how would that look like? That's it.
Yeah, that's a very good question. uh you just don't think the DAO or the TAM is big enough to address that.
Yeah, exactly. Okay, fair. Okay, fair enough. Uh because I mean in Yeah,
because why I was asking this was also like if we would kind of discount the CPIs with the ad one users maybe. Maybe. And this is not an ambush ad. I'm just like really thinking [laughter] about it.
Are you sure PVX partners didn't send you to help out with some [laughter] things? they wouldn't help here.
Maybe a web store. I don't know. I mean if we are talking about this and bringing this up maybe the PVX partners should be a good would be a good partner for scaling the marketing or if if you want to get ROS benchmarks that you can you can also go and check out PVX Lambda which is definitely game changer and you plug it in your MMP and within an hour you get the ROS benchmarks retention insights and a forecast of uh whether you're ready ready for funding you can get the real answers quite quickly is 100% free. So head to pvxpartners.com/lambda and get your strategy on point.
You're telling me I can get the funding without giving up ownership of my company as well.
Exactly. Yes, that's true.
That's really that's Yes, that's PX partners. [laughter]
Who would have thought?
Yes. I mean, a lot of people actually still don't get it. Anyway, uh so I wasn't really going for this, but thank you very much for the for the plug and also thank you very much PBX Spartans for sponsoring the this episode as well as Okay, we can go to to the UA part and guess what? It's not really that complicated. Nice.
Is it only Facebook? Because that's where the demographic hangs out.
It's Facebook. Yeah. So, it's basically [snorts] Facebook and now what? And I think like why they're scaling because uh I mean Yeah. could be show the data a little bit but not like let's say the month by month comparison I can I can do that because now they are definitely scaling way more than it was in let's say September and I would say because they ch they added up so now it's 50% of
the overall spend is going to or impressions going through Facebook and Instagram a little bit but then appl is is already on the second place which was here as well but it was like in September main like 80% Facebook. Guess what? Like that's exactly where the demographic is. But before in like after the release, it was slow lower spend, but it was kind of Facebook and plin still. But then up then it was on the roller coaster. Instagram took over and whatever else. But yes, it's mainly in Facebook, a little bit of Tik Tok, not that much anymore, but uploading there as well. So yeah, I don't think like this I mean it could work on Google as well. So I guess they they're going to add that as well anytime soon. And the creatives. So I mean what would you what would you expect from a Monopoly game? Hello. It's live action which is
real money on fake money. Horrible bingo games. Yeah. like every single freetoplay game. [laughter]
Maybe these guys work for that EU government agency.
Oh yeah. Yeah. This disgust I can't even watch until
this is not AI, is it?
That's not I [snorts] guarantee people that work there. [laughter]
I mean, guess what? It's
that's pretty okayish.
Yeah, it's good.
They had this in the game. They had this mechanic of like him you need to make a way for him with pizza actually today. Yeah. Yeah,
I'm sure Hasbro also has some limitations on what you can do in terms of ads, right?
I wouldn't say some. I would say a lot.
A lot.
Yeah. Okay.
This is this a playable. They have like 16 playables on a plugin, which is great, but this is basically it.
Do you think Hasbro would be okay with having Milton shot out of a cannon, flying over a shark, and then doing an endless runner like
and being saved [snorts] before being drowned?
Yeah, being drowned.
Maybe.
I guess maybe. I mean, I don't think they're I mean, nobody ever tried that. Maybe they they're pushing for that, but
Nobody never tried that, did they?
No, no, no, no, no. Of course.
Creative concept. Okay.
I don't know, man. Oh, bingo. Does it?
So, it's basically gameplay, right? So, we can Come on. Oh, yeah. You already clicked. Okay, fine. But we have a lot of UGC stuff which I mean it's quite obvious. It isite quite nice because there's like also the headlines and they're like different cuts in terms of the the old lady. It kind of makes sense demographic as well and the gameplay and we have more and I think like this makes a lot of sense honestly because again like this is the game is like this. [laughter] So what can you do? What can you do? So you just put a lot of different people
basically.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
So 3D interviews as well. Bingo. Monopoly. Oh, you can do monopoly bingo.
Why does interviews not
Why does that work so well? This interview format.
Yeah,
man. Catches the attention. Like you have all this like it's super super easy to create
and that's it. I mean it's
all you need attention grabbing as well. Come on. Like people talking like this is looks like really native actually. Doesn't look like an ad. So I mean super like low cost production [snorts] seriously. So it's like everybody using it. It's almost like the album that uh Jakob mentioned
all the casual games and even midcore games and and forex games are using the street interview format. Then we have again like another another idea. We already seen this. Did you see any ads advertising webshops?
Well, I didn't see exactly ads advertising webshop, but I need to call
our dear sponsors Fastpring because they also they run a lot of web shops out there with at least like I would say majority of the mobile publishers for over 20 years. And you know guys, if you're launching a web store, let us know. We can connect you with uh with Fastpring or go to fastping.gg. GG to new to start a new web store or replace your current D2C setup or you can add also a backup plan. Fast spring is here for you. So go to fastspring.gg and get uh the web store up and running. Also what is really interesting here is like the this format which is basically the Tik Tok comment. So it actually it actually works quite well. You can see like a few different uh
UGC parts
concept not even not the UGC parts but like different parts of different concepts. So there's the Tik Tok comment. There's the old lady kind of like UGC and then the gameplay in the in the back. So I mean overall it looks
like an an easy video but it has like a little bit of more components from from other concepts in it. So, but again, what else would you kind of add here? Just be
They're kind of doing the best with what they can, right?
I know. Yeah, I know. Like you you said it's it's 1 million people, but you can iterate with people here. Then we have the again like a 3D interview. Fine. You can iterate on top of all of this. And then you have the gameplay videos and everything. So, yeah, that's that's pretty much it. That's what I said. It's It's not that many things you can
That's That's That's us 5:00 a.m. in the bingo hall.
Yeah,
that's it.
This could be a great AI ad.
There you go. There's your pizza level.
Yeah, that's the one. That's the one.
That's your pizza level.
I mean, yeah, we can go. Yeah, these are
done a lot of creative testing though. That's for sure.
Yeah. Yeah, that's like the creative depth is definitely there. You have the the POV setup here which is again like
another kind of almost the concept with the UGC. Then you have the screen interviews. Then these cringy people always and then the gameplay ads and also the four also some kind of 3D videos as well with oh badass penny bags. There you go. But yeah,
it looks like Monopoly go ad actually.
Yeah, a little bit. And here you have the four four bingos. There you go. Nice. So intensive to do on boards at the time.
Yeah, but
it it's it plays really slow. It's kind of like this movement like ah
I just want to kill myself.
Anyway,
I mean you're not the target audience. So yeah.
Yeah, sure. Exactly. The music is nice. It's quite I mean I would say they're using everything you would expect to use for this demo and this type of game with IP and everything. So it's nice.
How many of creatives do they have? my wall of favorite wall of text just so
so how many pages I don't know but for last days for last 30 days yeah for last 30 days
it's going to year today I think it was like thousand yeah it's thousand there stuff yeah all all three networks man they don't have
so since there's a million users you're going after right do you think it's enough to have a thousand creatives for the whole year so far I
mean they just started scaling so I I mean this this 300 so I think that's that's okay. Uh definitely and they have 15 15 different playables on up which is also pretty good [snorts]
but then look I think we didn't pay too much attention to this downloads and revenue graph that was fine but then revenue is kind of what I just wanted to do all time and month. Yeah but this is basically it. So, I think they're just going to double the revenue now. And what's going to be interesting to see for November and
December if this is going to like keep the growth because I don't think so, honestly.
What do you think Vortex game is going to do, right? That's the interesting thing, right? Play and Vortex are the ones that could kill this, right?
Yeah. But the thing is like Playa is like their game is here for for a while. they know how to run all the remarketing stuff and even like work with this audience for long time. So like that's the difference. I mean even for low kind of new new downloads, they're still going to earn more money because they know how to do it which I'm not saying like these guys don't know how to do it. It's just like it's too early for this for for this like operations. That's my assumption.
Yeah, you're right. I didn't even think of that. Retargeting must be so important in this genre even more so than social casino, right? Yeah.
Yeah.
Because you have so such small time then you definitely need to work with this. And that comes back to like all the live ops features and the events and everything. So
we'll see like how this goes. But I mean this is pretty this is pretty good trajectory. That's for sure. I mean kudos to the team guys. Like you're doing something different. Right. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. I don't want to sound too depressing. It's just I really want to know like where this goes.
I think we sounded a bit negative with bingo, but it's quite pleasant to see. So like Yeah. Okay. We want to [laughter] say we're excited, but we're just not bingo players. We're not in this million user base, right?
Which is fine. It's just uh I'm just Yeah. I'm just curious to see like how this goes again. Like if could this be like 5 million a month game?
No, definitely.
I Yeah,
I really Okay. If you play one like 20 million like this this could go easily 5 million a month for sure.
Just before let we finish here. So if a CPI here in this genre in the states maybe is like 30 to 50 bucks right how much do you pay for re-engagement for a retargeting campaign for the same type of users?
I have man I have no idea if this is
such a long time we need to ask our friends from addictive. Yeah, [laughter] eventually. Mate, give me the screen. Just like I got to the last one. Won't take Oh, you can take over. Yeah, you can take over. Hijack it. That's great. Anyway, uh level 16 mechanic one that unlocks is actually an idle mechanic with an ad placement. So, nom.
Just saying. So, that's there. Nothing revolutionary, but again, just more push on the resources and soft currency because again, you'll need more of those later. It's just like this is all going literally to the point where like at one of these arenas you just the curves kind of go completely against each other. Yeah, that's there. Typical stuff.
Typical stuff. Thank you very much for listening. If you are a big bingo player, please let us know in the show notes and we wish you happy birthday for 100 years anniversary or whatever because you're quite old. I don't think
34 35 to 44 man. We are we are nearing the
I'm already there. I'm already there. [laughter] Like I'm not sure I'm not sure what you're talking about. We are already there. Jakob feeling's not yet, but we are already there.
H anyway. Yeah. Okay. Uh so thank you very much for listening. Please share your comments in the in the comment section and join the Slack channel and see you next time. Bye-bye.
Bye-bye. Ciao. Heat. Heat.

Distilling the key insights…
Monopoly Bingo occupies a strategic position within the $400 million global bingo market by leveraging the recognizable Hasbro intellectual property to attract a demographic aged 35 to 54. The game differentiates itself through a multi-card mechanic that adds tactical depth, paired with a progression system modeled after the high-stakes economy of Golf Clash. By scaling entry costs based on arena difficulty and integrating standard mobile meta-layers such as collectible albums and social trading, the title successfully fosters high-frequency engagement loops that resonate with its core audience.
Since its soft launch in early 2025, the game has achieved significant traction, securing 60,000 to 70,000 daily active users and leading the bingo genre in total download volume. Despite these metrics, the title remains a niche offering when compared to the massive financial scale of Monopoly Go. Monetization is driven primarily through in-game economic loops rather than advertising, as the total addressable market for the bingo genre is insufficient to sustain an ad-only revenue model. Consequently, the game prioritizes long-term retention and monetization over broad-reach ad impressions.
Growth strategies rely on a high-volume creative approach, utilizing over 1,000 distinct assets—including user-generated content and playable ads—distributed primarily through Facebook and Instagram. While this aggressive acquisition strategy has proven effective for initial scaling, sustained financial performance will ultimately depend on the developer’s ability to execute sophisticated live-ops and retargeting campaigns. By combining familiar, accessible mechanics with a proven brand, the title demonstrates strong potential for consistent monthly revenue within the competitive mobile landscape.
