Game Industry Library (gameindustrylibrary.com) is a research library of game industry reports, presentations and filings, with search and AI answers based on them.
Using the library
You can browse the library without an account; a limited number of documents can be opened before you need one. An account is free and lets you ask a limited number of AI questions, save documents and add annotations. You are responsible for keeping your login to yourself; an account is for one person.
The documents in the library are published by their own authors and remain their property. We link to and summarise them; use them in line with their authors' terms. AI answers are generated from the documents and can contain mistakes — check important figures against the source, which every answer cites.
Pro subscription
- Pro gives unlimited AI research (within the fair-use limits below), access through AI assistants (MCP), and the other Pro features described on the pricing page.
- Price: €99 per month, including 21% VAT. You pay the first month when you subscribe; after that the subscription renews every month and is charged automatically. Payments and invoices are handled by Mollie B.V.
- Fair use: AI research and MCP requests have daily limits that are generous for everyday work and reset at midnight UTC.
- Pro starts immediately after your first payment, at your request (see the right of withdrawal below).
- We may change the price for future months; we tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on your account page, in the same way you subscribed. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current month; for that, see the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
If you subscribe as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it starts, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, use the Withdraw from contract here button on your account page, or send us a clear statement by email ([email protected]) — you may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days have passed. We confirm receipt by email without delay.
Because you asked for Pro to start right away, you pay for the days you used it before you withdrew; we refund the rest of your payment within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. Your Pro access ends when you withdraw.
Model withdrawal form
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw.)

Availability and liability
We work to keep the library available and correct, but cannot guarantee that it is always online or that every document, figure or AI answer is complete and accurate. Except for intent or gross negligence, our liability for damage arising from using the library is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the damage occurred. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time on your account page; a running Pro subscription is cancelled with it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login or scraping the library, after warning you where possible.
Questions and complaints
Email [email protected]. We reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can go to the competent court in the Netherlands, or, if you live in another EU country, to the consumer authorities or courts there.
Applicable law and changes
Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. We may update these terms; changes that affect a running subscription apply from the next month and are announced at least 30 days in advance. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.
