First video, 100 mystery dumplings. 4 million.
Another three and a half million. Yeah.
70 [ __ ] million.
Yes.
70 million. 80 million.
50 million.
Same thing on Facebook. Uh on Tik Tok, man. Like it's the same thing. It's just it's in millions. That's why this [ __ ] has so many installs.
It's rolling the dice [music] with those coins. Jack up designs worlds chasing the [music] sky. We're the two and a half gamers the midnight crew talking UA advers and game design too mate feel [music] bringing the insight we're rocking those vibes till the early daylight a master eyes on the prize tracking data through the cyerspace skies feeling [music] stacks colors like a wizard in disguise jacks lift us to the highest and a half gamers [music] talking smack slow hockey stick got your back ads are beautiful they like the way click it fast [music] don't delayh Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Aha. [music] Uh-huh.
Hello.
Let's go.
Are we going to do an unboxing as well? I hope you have those toys at home. You don't? Okay. Me neither. Maybe listeners. Oh, hello. Before we go and tell you what are we talking about, my name is Mate Lanchic.
I'm Felix Broberg
and I'm
and we are your unboxing hosts because we are now talking about mystery dumpling unbox ASMR which many of you I'm pretty sure you have no [ __ ] idea what are we going to talk about but it's a trend. It's a big
those of you that follow the charts will know what we are talking about because
but it's quite the news still. Well, I mean, it's just launched like in August, right? So,
yeah, it's quite new, but it's still doing like 300K downloads a day.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
So, if you're following the charts, you know this [ __ ] is happening.
Sure. And it's But some of some of you, if you look at revenue, inapp revenue only, they like, oh, this is not really doing anything because it's only $2 in revenue. But that's the wrong way how to look at it. [laughter] And that's why we are here. Okay, let's let's actually look at it because throws more ads at me.
Well, yeah, it's aka Yeah, Mr. Dumpling, aka Simulator.
So, this is basically how the game looks and you've seen 50% of it already.
Yes. Thank you very much for listening. Woohoo. So, we have different types of dumpling collections that we can choose from. We have amazing amazing daily quests which
Yeah. Open dumpling. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's amazing.
And
it's perfect.
And we have an ad.
Yes.
Yeah.
So, the two of those ones, by the way,
you can usually tell the difference
because this game or this ad simulator, whatever. What can you call it? The
What is it underneath? It's like a collectible album, I guess, or like what's the best thing you can say, right?
Gotcha. Box opening.
Yeah. So, they do it on actions. They don't have a cool down. So basically they bas they show the interstitial ad when you do x number of actions.
Yes. So
like three it starts at 15 and then it goes down to like two or three.
So so we have the we have the like dumpling collections. We have the collectible albums which are by the way done in style of dreamy rooms. If you remember that game it's literally called dream room.
This is basically it.
A that's amazing. Like you can look at those dumplings which will give you interstitials.
There's like now
can we have can we have more ads in here?
This is four ads on my screen.
So what we're looking at is
four different things.
One emri and then one standard banner at the bottom.
Felix tell me can I get rid of this?
Like how do I get rid of this thing in the middle?
You pay you pay to remove ads that remove.
Exactly. There's a button to remove ads.
[laughter]
Look at this.
I mean,
this is even worse because in the main menu there's this like click here and get free legendary package. No, you can't because you can't click on the free button. You have seen it for a second, but [laughter] it's behind an interstitial.
Well,
this is not interstitial. This is an MRE.
Israel is walking the UI. So this is an MRE that's on a 10second like refresh rate. So this is a bigger ad. It's it's there forever.
It's permanent there. Yeah.
It's permanent. There's not 10 seconds.
No, but they replace the ad inside of for 10 every 10 seconds.
Ah, yeah. Yeah. Refresh time. [clears throat]
Yeah. Refresh rates. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
So the interesting thing here is I the the the video ads are mediated max, but
all the banner ads are always Google ads. So they're working only with Google for the banners.
Embra is always like Google, right?
Yeah, man. Let me finish at least.
Yeah.
I mean, you you don't have a chance, man. You don't have a chance.
How can we talk about the game when this like this is not the game? It's an art simulator pretty much. And
so you click on one of those packages. You actually open it with three ads already looking at you and then you get a dumpling and that dumpling is then added into your collection. You cannot even click anywhere because [ __ ] Emer. And then another ad. [laughter] I think we already passed the point most ads per minute.
Yeah. I mean, yeah, that's very true.
Yeah. And then it gets added.
I would say per second, but
collection and that's it. And there would be like next box or continue, which both of those will lead to an ad.

No, I I bet it won't.
Which one?
Next box. [laughter]
Hello.
This is not interial. This is actually a
Yeah,
a native ad, right? So,
I don't even know what it is. But but like this thing where like I cannot get the thing. is behind an emer. Okay,
this is this is ridiculous.
This is This is extremely ridiculous.
But how can even like how can people even play this?
It's not playing. It's a brand, right? You said it was a brand.
We'll we'll get to it a little bit uh later until we finish.
I don't think we can. I mean, you don't have a chance, man. You don't have a chance,
man. Like I I don't know. Block plus.
Have you seen the rewarded ad unit yet? I haven't seen it yet.
No, there's no rewarded ads.
Right.
Why?
No, there no.
Why? Why would you like it? Like put more ads into on top of the ads.
Like you want more ads for ads or
Yeah. [laughter]
No, no, no.
Why would you do that?
So maybe let me open one more.
Yeah. Good luck with that.
Do you see the Kingshot thing up there? Like what is that?
Yeah. What's that? Yeah. Tell me. Tell me.
Yeah, that's an ad.
Sure, but like what is the what is the
the format
that format?
Felix Felix beastary.
Yeah. So that ad format is not is I think the new Google format. That's the inapp ads which competes with the ad companies like uh what are they called? Like when you have a sports team and you put the sports banners. Yeah, Anzu. There we go. So this is their own banner for
billboards and games.
Yeah, billboards and games. So, this is the Google version of the billboards in games.
I haven't actually seen it before, but it's definitely definitely it.
Yeah. Like what what what are you how much money you can get from this type of stuff?
Very little.
Yeah. Okay, great. That's very Yeah, I've never seen the billboard ads make more than three or 4% of overall ad revenue.
So, yeah, very small.
Okay, so few interesting things. There's no caps, there's no energy, no currency, no nothing. So, you just open this [ __ ]
forever pretty much. I mean, the
It's like like a TCG pocket Pokemon stuff.
No, not even TCG Pokemon. It's just like literally the simulator. Like, you open stuff as a simulator and like you just go and roll and roll and roll and open it. And
why people do this?
Why people do this? because I think uh they you know want to complete their collections that are uh cheap compared to the real product
because if you finally get out of the ad forest
just buy buy the [ __ ] no ads
thing it's like $4.99 or how much is yours?
I can check.
Maybe don't open it maybe in 5 minutes.
Zombie. Yeah, that's my favorite.
Just click on No, it's not no
no it's here.
My god.
See, I would buy if that would be Yeah. Okay. So 54949
without interruption. Yeah. forever,
man. I would really be interested like like what what does that like remove forever as like mean like is all of them just going to be gone or not really
I think $2 in APS and last year I don't think anyone has purchased this like no one but also because of the geos right so yeah
you know like who is really good with live ops kinoa Hey, because most mobile games leave serious revenue on the table and it's almost never the game. It's game ops. So, Kinoa is here for you. It's system for mobile games, flows, live segments, inapp messages, push AB testing, all in one place. You know, go there kinoa.ai, book a demo, see what your game is already leaving money on the table.
Okay, let's talk about what this
actually is. I'm like, we don't need to watch this anymore. Like, we get it.
Yeah. Come on. Yeah. I don't want to see like the German.
Okay. Okay. Okay.
German [ __ ]
hospital thing. Whatever.
This is this is coming from this story called Real Magical Stuff. Original V Mystery Dumpling, which is literally what is this? The company that's behind this [ __ ] And crazy fun. And
yeah, this is definitely
ridiculously viral because it looks literally like this. This is the the photo of it.
Yeah.
You buy it, it looks like the dumpling thing, you know, like with all the the thing and then like this is the box again. And then you unbox it and you have a nice squishy dumpling which is based on collectible rarities which means they are rare dumplings, not rare dumplings, [ __ ] dumplings, so on so forth.
Dumplings. And there we go basically. And this is it. And if you go to Amazon,
there's [ __ ] ton of them. Like I mean literally a [ __ ] ton.
Yes.
Of stuff that you can buy actual physical variations of this this thing. So
Okay.
And it's quite pricey if I understand correctly.
Is expensive.
Yeah. Yeah. It's what? What is it?
Whatever you want. You want you want to have it.
Diamond.
So RMS is a toy brand basically.
Yeah. €50.
Yes, you go.
All right. I think I know what happened. All right. I have gone.
Where?
No, no, no. Hear me out. Right. Okay. Yakob, give me the screen.
So, I didn't finish the the apps.
All right. Okay. Cool. Okay. Finish the apps, then I'll tell you.
So, stand in the line, Felix. Like, wait a second. Yeah. our our our dumpling dump competitor here is currently doing something like 1 million DAU with
No, this this is this is the the original dumpling, right?
This is not it's not
hell.
It's the one that's the biggest one. I'll get to it.
Okay.
So, it's the one where this is the biggest one. It spiked to something like million downloads a day in August and now it's still consolidated but it's still doing 300k downloads a day and 1 million DAU. Again, if we put on country [ __ ] filter, we see that this is basically pristine tier 2 and tier three traffic.
Pristine tier three traffic, man. Like, this is nothing. Tier two.
Exactly.
Pristine tier three.
Good one.
[ __ ] Oh my god. Like,
so US is somewhere there with like nothing basically.
It's not nothing. It's still
30k.
But it's 400,000 downloads still. Come on.
I know. I know. I know. I will take those instas immediately. Oh my god.
Of course. Of course. So, you see the thing where this is going. The other thing
I don't see where is this going. This is going where there's [ __ ] ton of clones.
And actually the first one if we go and you see that our our guy that we picked is the biggest one because it's doing
the AU wise it's like comparison and download wise also it's like 300 against like 30k with
mystery dumpling whatever ASO modification it's like 30k downloads. So 10 times less. But the interesting part is if we go here and actually check the app launch, we see that the first one I think supposedly is it should be this unbox viral mystery dumpling is 2023 actually.
What?
Yes, this was launched quite sooner and it should be June 20th, 2023. Unbox viral mystery dumpling. So that's the original.
So it might have launched in 2023, but there was no hit, right? There was
nothing that made it big or anything, right? So I think what happened was that Brocker Bus Studio or whatever, they had this concept and they saw this. If you give me the screen,
let him finish. Let him [ __ ] finish. I mean, come on.
Felix can go.
I know. I know. You're so keen to say something. Okay. But okay, go. Okay, go.
Right. So, take a look at this. So, these are the dumpling unboxing downloads, right? But I also added the FIFA Panini Collection app, which was a
what?
Football gather. No, no, let's Okay, let finish. Right.
No, Panini Collection is an Italian toy company that does football trading cards. So, it's a tradable football card. They did a partnership with CocaCola during the World Cup. Their app essentially made throughout that time about 4 million in APS of people buying collectible playing cards during the Football World Cup. What you could do
was you unbox the cards, open them, and the way to get more cards was that you bought Coca-Cola caps and you scan those with QR codes. What happened here was this was the pristine AP version and you could see that it was downloaded so much. It had at one point nearly 5 million daily active users during the World Cup and the downloads were going crazy. What I think happened was that these guys at Brocker Bus was like now is the perfect time to basically launch exactly the same thing but for this dumpling toy company.
Look at the correlation. Where? They don't have anything dumpling company.
It's toy companies. It's the same thing. Like Panini earned a law.
They don't have any partnership with that. They just [ __ ] ripped it off.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, this mobile what are you the mobile police? There's no such thing. Who cares?
Details.
I mean, it is details. It is details.
Like, yeah, but you're telling me this is
a partnership? I mean, let's rip it off.
I mean, this is a Chinese studio for sure, right? Chinese or Vietnamese studio for sure, right? But I'm just saying this looks to me like this they must have looked at this and say let's try it now again
because what I was saying is FIFA could have earned so FIFA Panini Collection could have earned so much more money from ad revenue rather than AP revenue from this. Right? [laughter] Did anyone say revenue? Oh yeah. This episode is brought to you by Fastpring, the no drama D2C partner that's been scaling with mobile publishers for over 20 years. think it's one of those cases like it's not true, but it could be.
Yeah, exactly.
All right, fine.
I got really excited cuz I saw
if I close both of my eyes, I can see the correlation there. I mean,
it's not true, but it could be.
You know, this is when people stand up in the comments and defend me. So, yeah, let's see if I get more hate or not in the comments. Oh yeah.
Please, dear listeners, defend Felix and his detective work within collection. [laughter]
Honestly, I mean, you you went like one step further than me or Yakob, I guess. So, it's
in the next episode, I'm going to show you how these apps also are connected to a 1923 outbreak of Yeah. some disease randomly. No, I'm joking.
Blake Inc. like
Okay, man. Like, whatever. Okay, Daku,
please continue. was an interesting plot.
Top this.
I mean, yeah. I was like, I guess they could actually dumbfounded Yakob. It's not often what it happens when he actually admits my genius.
Yeah, you can't top any. Yeah, you can't say anything right now. Okay.
Do we want to talk about the ad revenue?
You actually can. Okay. I mean, nice. Very good. Then
so the DAU, right, is 1.1 million. But if you want to show the the split on geos like you did before, these are not the geos that's going to pay a high eCPM, right? So unfortunately it doesn't matter. There's only 33,000 DAO in the states, but still you're showing a lot of ads, but they're not worth anything. So eCPM in Indonesia is usually anywhere between 160 to 250 on Android, right? So it's not going to be a lot and that's the biggest geo here. So, I think the ad
revenue on Mystery Dumpling is somewhere between 18 to 29K a day, not more than that.
So, they're doing 30K a day.
Yeah.
With all this.
Okay. Which is like 1 million a month.
But it's it's dying. It's not going to be around for a long, right? Like in two months, this is will be [clears throat] dead.
This is like textbook pump and dub. So, I I don't think so. So, like
I'm just wondering why they're getting all these downloads. But I'm hoping Matcha has the
Yeah, I have I just need to for some reason log into Tik Tok because I can't even look at look at it.
Well, that says a lot about what we're about to witness.
Some kind of stupid challenge.
I wonder if I could do a challenge. Download this game and watch a lot of ads challenge.
This is the thumbnail for the video, by the way. Just saying. [laughter]
This is great. Oh, this is great. This needs to be the the picture the
thumbnail thumbnail
thumbnail for the follow for the video. Yes. Thank you very much.
Okay. So I finally I can share. So pretty much I will play this because there is this like an unboxing. This is the biggest video for unboxing this this [ __ ] and it has like millions of views. Seriously, it's it's insane.
Is she a famous unboxer? This Ria
maybe. Honestly, yes. And see like she has more of all of these. And it was even one day ago and it's like 30k
views.
Not views, it's likes. So the views are even even higher.
That's likes.
Yes, it's only likes.
Ah, we don't see the views.
I don't see the views right there. But I can I can try to find it.
Oh my god, it's like 500,000 likes. I think that's the view number. Oh wow. That means what? like 10 times more.
Yeah, at least one sec. I I will try like and like we will look at this
because she's unboxing stuff. Mystery dump link.
But they do have normal conventional UA, don't they?
No, there's literally none.
No UA.
No UA. No, no, no. There's no UA.
Free money. Free money.
Free money. Like look, it's all of these. There's even like this girl 1.3 million likes for this just video which is like come on
these guys just go on buy like 20 dumpling boxes for $5 and like put them on videos and rake in the money.
Squishy toys. I thought it was plush toys but it's squishy.
No, it's squishy is important important part of the identity.
Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. So there's literally like no paid UA part in this in sensor tower like non like non-existent. So all of these are pretty much thanks to
the trend.
But this app has nothing to do with the original company. So they
No, it doesn't matter. Doesn't matter.
Yeah,
it doesn't really matter. Then there is this this guy. One sec. Where is this guy who's actually ranting about this? Yes, this guy. So it's pretty much
Oh, I see like 4 million views. I open 100 viral mystery dumplings.
Yes. Also this. So it's pretty much it's it's not safe. Also, there was this huge scandal which says
was radioactive.
Yeah. It's like because potentially the deadly hazard involved water beads that can be expanded inside the ch children's body if swallowed. So if you swallow this, you can [ __ ] blow up. [laughter]
What? It's I mean, whatever. So it's like they recalled 8,000 squeezy dumplings that are sold on Amazon and another 7.2K rainbow rainbow mystery squishy bun toys sold through third party stores. No injuries or incidents
reported, but everything was recalled because it's really it's not safe. So amazing. And then this guy was just talking about this like how
you have thought that shitty plastic toys are not
Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Wait a second. I don't really want to buy this. So
Wow. Wow. Like have you seen YouTube numbers?
I think you haven't.
Yeah. One sec.
Sure.
Give me the screen.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean this it's even it's even more like ridiculous.
It's like ridiculous numbers. Wait, check this
first video. 100 mystery dumplings. 4 million.
Another three and a half million.
Yeah. Yeah.
70 [ __ ] million.
Yes.
20 million. 18 million.
50 million.
Same thing on Facebook uh on Tik Tok, man. Like it's the same thing. It's just it's in millions. That's why this [ __ ] has so many installs. Even though it's it's not really connected, but every
time you
kind of ago
searching mystery dumpling, then this [ __ ] pops up.
10 million.
Okay. So, some random company in Vietnam or China just was like cuz their web page is a GitHub page. So, it's really hard to see where they're based. So, they were just like, "Oh, I see this trend. I'm going to make money on ads."
Man, if I share
order by popularity or whatn not,
you can. Which one
you can in the field
popularity on the side there? On the side there on the filters it says popularity on the side it says prioritize popularity. There you go.
47 million. 70 million. Yeah, it's okay.
Mhm.
Type into Google mystery dumpling or whatever is
82 million.
Yeah. I mean I know exactly
Why would you do why would you do UA if the UA is done for
if UA is done by like all all the people? Because now like you just go to to Google and type mystery dumpling. No, just Google
just open your Google page and and just
type it in.
Mystery dumpling.
Yeah.
If you Yeah. First first link first link right there. Mystery dumpling unbox ASMR.
There you go.
So it's ASO battle.
This is it. Yes.
Yes. It's an ASO battle
because you have mystery dumpling and unboxing. So, it's pretty much everything you have in all the [ __ ] Tik Tok and YouTube videos because it's mystery dumpling unboxing. There you go.
And there we are.
So, so that's all you need these days. So, so this is like mean jumping on the trend like oneonone.
Wait, give me give me the screen quickly. So the company is not called what was it called in in uh it was called bus group studio
but the mobile game one
yeah the mobile game one but basically it's called game joy here
it gets this is their site
and it's the worst privacy site I've ever seen
so it doesn't matter who cares
and then they have the yeah then they have the longest app ads tixt file ever
I mean I yeah I'm not surprised
is at least like it's
this is this looks Chinese to me from the app txt lookup is either Vietnamese or Chinese for sure.
Yeah. Uh it's uh if I understand it's a Chinese company.
Yeah, of course it's
should be should be should be. So, it's pretty much like there's a viral trend, you need to capture it and you need to stay on top because you need to capture all the traffic into it, which means and tell me why these other guys didn't make it into 300k downloads and only these guys did. If there's no UA in game,
there's no UA. So, if you go and check their so everything is pretty much that means that they're 23 to 30k a day which is going to die. It's just pure profit. So
they threw up an
like this can be like three people like on dev side
most probably. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah.
This game don't recommend it. Okay.
Absolutely horrible game. Once you open the app you get hit with an ad. Well it is
one.
It is an ad simulator my dear friend. So
the thing is this is flawless execution by these guys. Whoever built it. This is like this is like an this is like app makers you know when they make apps quickly they see some search terms that are increasing in rank and they start right this is same
it's is it's yeah
and actually they also had a second one mystery dumpling squishy box
yeah but this is bigger
yeah of course it's like 10 times bigger
where it's pretty much the same thing
well they must have done it in a hurry since they only have a GitHub page they were like get it out
like who cares is like why I mean this
is not important like you you
for this for this is not important at all
the other one also has 100kdau just just like out
just just out there yeah
cuz we can
but see 4.7 stars like this is not really
fake
real this is not real
I mean reviews haven't been real for years right
what do you mean like they
manipulated reviews
100 man 100%
100% like what the [ __ ] how can you have like five 4.7 when like everybody it's like it's [ __ ] accimulator in your face like how can you even that's not not possible
please okay look look at a fivestar rating I just want to see a fivestar rating here like
Ben
that's good good idea
yeah star rating five
yes
I want to read it
I love this app small issue with the ads sure
small issue with the
small issue oh well okay Mia yeah there's only issue is not real let's just be Yeah, he's not real.
Not real.
I like But you need to add something when you Jesus. Seriously.
I like very much. It's so interesting game. There's so many types of dumplings. I rate five of five. But the problem is that there are too many ads.
But five out of five. Like seriously, come on.
Playing this game so aesthetic. Sure. Men gun. Yes, of course. [ __ ] hell. I really want a dumpling squishy game. Oh my god. Yes. Sure. Thank you so much. We are so happy you're enjoying. Yeah, we all enjoy this game. Yes, Lisa,
get the life or just, you know, whatever. [laughter] It's This is ridiculous. You can't really We played well played I can't we can't even say we played the game and it was literally like a said most ads per minute in the whole history of the podcast. Seriously,
they make some hybrid casual games we reviewed in the early days.
This ultra casual look like a joke. There's more.
Yeah, this ultra casual.
Ultra casual. Whatever that means.
It says that our category. I'm just looking.
Yeah. Yeah, I know.
Give me Give me the screen. I'll show you.
Go, go, go, go, go.
So, this is basically
Give me the screen.
Ultra casual category where this is the AU of the ultra casual first. Look.
Yeah. Gindress anti- stress galaxy. You remember that's the one the old one. I know the original
and then we have our dumpling with like you see the DA DA growth like
ah [sighs]
but this is going to this is going to like it's up a,000% now but like in
like how much money they make like you didn't even say that Felix by the way.
Oh how many days? 30k a day. Okay.
30k.
It was more. It was more before you know.
I think it's more.
All right. Give me Give me a couple more. Give me more. Give me.
Yeah. And if you go to downloads as for like what's happening in this category, they are of course the first by long shot.
12 million downloads a month. And like this is like
Yeah. I I bet like this is going to this is going to die in
Oh, mini clip has one.
Oh, really?
Oh, Jesus Christ. Okay. So, they've at least they've at least made
they've at least made 900,000 by now. Like assuming 30k a day since the 15th of August. But, you know,
like Yeah. Click on
It could be way higher, right?
It could be way higher, man.
You want creative or this [ __ ] Oh, this is some old stuff. This is some old stuff.
But now,
now Yeah. Now, yeah, if you just click on the creators,
I got to say like easy money. Of course. But this is something different.
This is something else. Yeah, this it's still squishy. But you you you see the icon.
Yeah, they're just
Yeah, they're writing the trend. Yeah, they're writing the trend.
So, I told my boss I made a playable app with Playable Maker.
And he said to me, "What language did you [music] code it in?" And I said, "I don't know. With Playable Maker, all you do is drag, drop, click, and it does it all for you." So again, [music] he said,
"What language did you make it in?" I went, "I don't know, English." At the end of the day, as long as a payable maker does it all for you, why do you care? It's just like magic.
My god. Like this is
Yeah, but there's like
this is ridiculous. But I mean like this is how you make quick money, but it's not, you know, like a long-term strategy, I would say. Or maybe they run this
at 1.6 million DAU for another month. They're $2 million at least, right? Like I'll take that.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I will take that as well.
This is also pretty gig. need to ask my guys how they're doing this.
Anyway, I don't think we can talk anymore about this now. We're going down another harbab hole. So, let's stop.

and quick money.

Mystery Dumpling Unbox ASMR exemplifies the rise of the ad simulator, a category of ultra-casual mobile applications designed to monetize viral trends rather than provide sustainable gameplay. By capitalizing on the popularity of physical mystery dumpling toys, the app captures significant organic search traffic from younger demographics through precise keyword optimization. This strategy has proven remarkably effective, driving 300,000 daily downloads and maintaining 1.1 million daily active users without the need for paid user acquisition.
The financial model relies exclusively on an aggressive, high-density advertising framework. By integrating permanent MRECs, frequent interstitial ads, and Google’s in-game billboard format, the application generates an estimated $1 million in monthly revenue. Despite this high volume, the monetization strategy intentionally avoids rewarded video, focusing instead on maximizing impressions from lower-value Tier 2 and Tier 3 traffic. This approach prioritizes immediate cash flow over long-term player retention or brand equity.
These applications represent a calculated, short-term exploitation of digital search trends. By utilizing manipulated reviews and minimal development investment, developers can secure substantial daily earnings—often reaching $30,000 per day—before the inevitable decline in interest. While these titles lack the structural integrity for long-term viability, they function as highly efficient, transient vehicles for revenue extraction. The success of this model highlights a broader shift in the mobile ecosystem where the ability to rapidly pivot toward trending search queries has become a primary driver of profitability for ultra-casual developers.
