Following an 18-month soft-launch period, the game officially launched on December 12, 2018. South Korea emerged as the most critical market for the game, contributing $94 million, or 22 percent of total global revenue. This performance helped establish Brawl Stars as the top-earning title for Supercell within the Asian market, where it generated $143 million during its first year. While the United States followed as the second-largest revenue market at $73 million, the game’s success in Asia highlights a broader trend of increasing regional importance for Supercell, with Asia’s share of the publisher’s total portfolio revenue rising to 22 percent.
In terms of user acquisition, Brazil led global download rankings with 14 million installs, followed by the United States and Russia. Across all regions, the game maintained an average revenue per download of approximately $2.90.
