I think ceiling is 15 17 maybe 20 mil maybe and it's not going to last. It's not going to last forever. So I'm saying like what do we need to do from the product perspective to get it's 4 a.m. and we're rolling the dice drops knowledge made of golden ice with making those coins. We're the two and a half gamers the midnight crew talking UA adverts and game design too. Mate feel bringing the insight. We're rocking those vibes till the early day life a master eyes on the prize. Tracking data through the cyerspace skies. Felix stacks dollars like a wizard in disguise. Japanese crafts lift us to the high. Two and a half gamers talking smack. Slow hockey sick got your back. Ads are beautiful. They like the way. Click it fast. Don't delay. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. See
the Christmas tree is gone.
I didn't even notice, man. I seriously didn't.
Yeah, just like uh 20 minutes ago.
Just like poof. Hello everybody. No Christmas tree because we are already in January and we are reviewing one very important game that we were supposed to review a long time ago, but we wanted to have our friends on the podcast. But here we are, three of us. My name is Melanch.
I'm Felix Probert. and we are your hosts and we are going to talk about nothing else than Pixel Flow. Yes,
it should be called Money Flow cuz it's earning so much goddamn cash.
Yes. I mean, it's no surprise because it was built by a team that already built Twisted Tangle and they have very good team and loads of experience in casual gaming. Oh my god.
Casual gaming.
Puzzle casual game. I'm sorry. Yes. But this game is absolutely amazing. I almost ate ate my microphone up because that was so exciting. No, seriously, it's amazing.
I haven't had this much fun since I was playing Hexasort. It was It's great.
You weren't able to do any other game ever.
And honestly, it's actually hard, which I like. Which I like.
Yeah. I mean, no, but seriously, I mean, this is great because
where do I like
You start with the game like let's just show it off the flying pigs or do you want to start with the size? We need to talk about the voodoo game.
Exactly. So I think history lesson and how we got the where we are at the moment and then we can go directly to pixel flow and we can talk about the team as well because honestly we love you guys and I guessed basically the KPIs when we met the team in Istanbul and I'm [ __ ] proud of it.
You didn't guess, you estimated cuz you have experience.
Okay. Well, I estimated and I was right. But we won't talk about this. But I mean, they're making [ __ ] ton of money. So, you know, it's amazing.
Yeah, it is amazing.
Yeah. I mean, I haven't seen this for a while.
Yep.
Well, everyone's trying to copy it, so that's always a good thing.
I do think so because your the voice changed quite heavily,
like being the like the prestige kind of a what?
You can't really you can't really compare 11 million a month to 100 million a month.
I know. I'm just saying we'll get there eventually through non-conventional puzzle which is not me.
I don't think so.
I don't think we'll get there.
That's a good prediction. That's a prediction. People get prediction.
[ __ ]
Sure. But yeah. Okay. May maybe maybe but not with this kind of but this still feels lightweight.
Look at look what happen.
How much you want? 50 mill.
Yes.
Okay. Let's see.
I'm saying it's going to be maybe 25 to 30. It's not going to be 50 at all.
Okay. Let's see. Uh Oh, you want to bet?
Depends on if they if they do live ops properly. But uh yeah,
it depends on if it ah there we go. Here we here we go. Okay. It depends if we do. Of course. Anyway. Okay. Let's go. Yeah, let's go. Yeah.
Let's start with a history lesson. So, Pixel Flow itself is this kind of a sorting shooter game. It's very specific because what's happening here is that you click on these small piggies. They jump into this conveyor belt and they shoot
on a tray on a tray that takes them around the conveyor belt
tray. They shoot on the blocks of their color basically. You don't need to do anything. It's like automatic and it's very haptic. By the way, if you're playing this on phone like every single hit is like like you're playing a machine gun pretty much. And once they hit the end machine,
they get back to the bench because we're again dealing with the bench mechanic which is like extremely popular in these let's say nonconventional puzzle games.
Why do I think so? Because it's adding
additional like layer of complexity
win condition. It's adding the win condition and the fail state man because
without it like this wouldn't have any fail state pretty much which is the problem.
Without questions this wouldn't be a discussion. So thank you very much for answering. So, so you do this and uh again you cannot fill it up because it's if it fills up you lose as as per usual people are pretty much programmed from there. You get these only on the first row and you cannot access these unless you get the ones from here which we seen multiple times. Again this is coming from games like color block jam and
I hate those connected two and three ones. 3D or the Voodoo one basically, not the not the Rolic one. Always misspel the names and like all these other kind of drop drop games where you can only access the first row. So, so this is there. We've seen this many times. It's like similar to something like knit out and like similar games there. It just goes from the top to bottom instead of from bottom to top stuff like that. And then we have our picture here which is also like I think
a staple these days that you have these let's say levels based on real life picture. We seen it with this whole yarn wool whatever
but not all not everything is just like a beautiful picture. It's some something's there. It's just
Yeah. But I'm just saying like a lot of times
is that a UA play or what?
I'm guessing it's UA play also.
It's not actually. I will say I will show you which is which is exactly what they should be doing. They have one that I found which is very interesting but they should be doing way more because like you know what is I mean you know what is working these days.
Mhm. Go back to the AI episode, Tasty Travels. What do we see there? Animals. Cute [ __ ] cats, dogs, everything. Here you have Here you have the space where you can create whatever. I mean, it's obviously it's not AI cuteness, but still you can have cats, you can have the save the dog in this, right? Easily, which is kind of overlapping with actual trends. So, that's what I'm kind of missing. Or you can do Yeah. I will not
see it all the time in games like N out screwdom. Yeah. Whatever. Bull Ca. It's like
you know what you you could do Homer Simpson. Yeah.
And that's like right there. Everybody relates like oh my god that's Homer. That's amazing. And then bam. Like we were talking about this look alikes easily.
Anyway,
exactly. It doesn't Oh, hello. Hello there. I didn't see you. Thank you very much for coming to this episode. Uh, it's brought to you by our sponsors, PVX Partners, the simplest and most effective credit line for marketing. If you're scaling your business, uh, and need funding, here's the deal. pvxpartners.com and uh see how they can help you grow your game faster and stronger. Don't wait. Go to pvxpartners.com. The very interesting part here and I think this is one of the top mechanics that this is hiding that people are it's not that obvious is that again you need to put these piggies back on track to kind of get rid of them because again we just need to get rid of them again. Important part is they go directly to the tray here instead of the bench. If I click here I cannot put him on the bench and like move the spot. But what I can do,
yes, exactly.
Fill it up. And if I'm able to swing it, I can actually put 10 picss in a row and just be fast about it. And that means that I can again if I'm fast about it, the board. Yeah, I can fill the board and I can pretty much use stuff that would not be possible because you see it's like five more on the tray.
But you need to click fast because the moment one returns, you need to give it back.
Yeah. I I I failed few times like this.
Yeah. Yeah. because it's just like literally this the speed mechanic and works very like it's one of those things that is pretty much necessary if you go into hard levels which we're going to do
and also the problem is when you have the two connected ones then they take two slots.
Yes.
Which immediately means if you're not fast enough by lives
you you failed the level.
So this is extremely I think like we will have here into Yeah. What's that pixel pass? There we go. Nice. That's what we exactly need for this one.
There is a nice watermelon. I didn't see it in the in the UA videos. Why?
Which one?
There was a watermelon
from the video for the animation.
Okay. Okay. Yeah. Anyway, so let's play a hard level and I show you. So hard level,
by the way. Wait, wait, no, no, no, no, no. Wait. Your no ads price €6.72. Mine €8.99. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. iOS.
Thank you very much iOS versus Android. Let me see how much money.
Oh my. Oh my god. No. But this tells you how advanced the actual team is because they know they need to lower down the C the CPI. Obviously the price is the price. Yeah. But the price is for Android. It's insane.
Mine is $8.99 as well.
Yeah. Okay. Which I mean it's 100 versus but still.
Yeah. Yeah. So right here for instance we have another one of those mechanics which is that piggies are hidden on the row under the first one. So if we go here and we start slinging see I cannot just move more than five but once they go in and now
it's five trays you can only have five trays.
Now I need to really swing it because otherwise if I don't do this I'm dead basically.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
So this is this is the like
and you're pretty much dead now. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
So that's the thing. Good that there's no streak yet. Yeah. Just wanted to show you. Anyway, so the other game that we're going to talk about today is called
You mean the the other thousand games?
Another thousand days. This was before. This was before.
I know. I know. I know.
So, this is the voodoo game called This is Blast. And we'll show the charts later. Let's start from some kind of level 18. So, what happens here is that instead of a conveyor trail or whatever thing around the picture, we have pretty much kind of a typical cascade. This Yeah, but this looks like a knit out basically.
Yeah, it's a little bit closer to knit out. We're putting the not piggies but basically blocks directly into the bench and those are shooting only on the bottom row as stuff goes down like in puzzle like match three or whatever. So you see that as it goes down it shoots and then if it hits there's no color block of its color it stops shooting and then like shoots it out.
That's it.
Like this. That's basically it. same mechanics really like these kind of double blocks and all these other things. It's it's the same. Notice the thing was the immediate difference between the two games.
It's just the complexity is way way
different.
It's much less shooting because there the shooting area is falling bigger.
So here of course they shoot as the blocks fall down. But on the pixel flow game as they go around and again we can use stem blocks because we rotate them and sling them which we cannot do here because we would die basically. But we have much more sorting area basically which is the whole point of the game. It's is a sorting game.
It's just just more strategic play. You need to actually think about it.
Yeah, you need to think about it more. It gives you more strategy but as I said the slinging mechanic also gives you more on the like mastery I would say. So that's there. And uh the interesting part here is that if you look at this is blast this game started somewhere in like
February last year start from February and scale all the way to something like K a day which is great
which is
which is nice
we're talking about pixel flow so like
yeah which is nice the downloads are like what like 22k
this is not an ad game this is just like IP based game
but let's pause here We actually record this podcast four times a week for various episodes. We never even saw this in terms of I never saw any any ad.
Yeah.
And we didn't even like noticed like there is a game like this because it was just like it wasn't really interesting.
No. No. It was
That's what I'm trying to say. That's because it was really growing kind of slowly and it was just like
our B didn't pick it up yet to be honest.
Yeah. Yeah. Stuff that picks up stuff that's new
because it wasn't really interesting about like to talk about it, right? That's that's that's my main point. Like it's it was growing since July, but this growth for Voodoo, come on.
Yeah. Uh
this is just this is not enough.
Yeah. So then we have Pixel Flow which launched in September which is much later
but we had we had our Eastanul event in October.
Yeah. And this is it was Yeah. We
already knew this is going to
kick ass. Kick ass. And it is. [ __ ] my life.
So this scales to what? Like in December it was already 10 times bigger
and now it's nearing to be 20 times bigger because it's doing something like 550k a day.
Let's just say this with ads. I'll talk more about the ads later, but if it just maintains at this level, this game is on a run rate 12 month run rate of $182 million, which is u if it just remains, but I don't think it will. I think it's going to scale even more.
Downloads are again 10 times 200k a day. We can do our typical checkups. So yeah, increasing traffic% US 9% UK, 5% Germany, so on so forth. And we can check the DAU also, which is nearly K, which quarter of that is US, and then you have the usual tier one countries, I guess. So that's there. So
it's really big. The other uh let's say insult to injury is that there's this another game called color pixel shooter from Ammo Bear Technology Group which is a Vietnamese company. They
already made 4 million.
What?
Already made 4 million.
All right. This was launched in November. So 2 months after Pixel Flow
and it's already doing 140k a day. Voodoo missed opportunity
number two.
Oh my god.
Download wise is doing K downloads a day. Again, we can use the same metrics here to get the good comparison. So, I'm guessing this will be a little
Yeah, it's smaller than the kind of same
still pretty good. No, I mean the the revenue split 67% here with US, but the Pixel Flow is 62%.
Yeah. Yeah, that was the same. A little bit more US actually.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah,
but again you need to keep that this is much smaller scale less than more than yeah less than half. So we have this and so if you look at our favorite sorting category which we love so much where we have
where a lot of interesting things happen.
Sorting is one of those things like block that's going to be as I said going to be on par eventually with match tree or puzzle or merch or whatever. So we have arrows which we reviewed already which is the traffic uh escape remake which is killing it. This is downloads. Pixel 4 is already 5 million downloads a month behind it.
I mean that's that's insane, man.
And color pixel shooter is 2 and a2 million downloads on spot 7. If you go to revenue
past magic sword,
that's yeah by far.
By far. So if you go with revenue and sword is pretty much nearing the half of what pixel flow does and color pixel shooter is right behind it on third spot.
So yeah,
magic sword is look at the active users. Magic Sword is almost 1.7 million and
then active users it's it's 600.
You mean it's more ad revenue or what?
It's 30% on Magic Sword is the ad revenue.
M what's the active user base? Let's see.
Oh 2 million active DA.
Yeah. Telling
1 million.
Why it said actually Yeah, it says actually 1.7 in the previous in the previous uh section that you went.
Yeah, if you go uniform
anyway.
Yeah, very interesting.
1.9. So, you know, it's also growing quite nicely.
Yeah, it's also growing nicely. It's like Yeah, pretty
battle of the Turks, but
still it's
they they'll have to fight it out now.
Yeah, but yeah. So, that's there. And you don't see any voodoo here. Just saying. There's a lot of rolling definitely. There's like rolling here, rolling here, rolling here.
Drop the cat. Look, Drop the Cat. Drop the cat. Yeah, there's Drop the Cat.
Shout out Inho.
Another rolling here. Some triple dot. More triple dot. some say games and there's voodoo on send loop which I didn't even think
yeah like send loop is just this is pretty
interesting see
interesting
see
this is what you're talking about exactly right what's
yeah this is actually actually growing 50k
yeah it's this is this is targeting me a lot
okay so maybe we'll talk about this next seems quite familiar
I think so I think so yeah because you know you need to kind of uh work on one game but then this is an iteration.
Yeah, this is
already working 10 times 10 times better than this is blast.
How does this trick of flow thing pretty much completely uh you know went ballistic
in three months? In three months basically
October was the release somewhere here.
So October, November, December. So basically in three months to half a million a day
more than half a million a day because
it's only like gaming, crypto and AI you can do this
kind of growth in like only three things
but the game is extremely uh extremely
innovative in it sense I would say again the iteration you've seen the one from this is blast to this like it's welld deserved it's definitely much more deeper experienced more thought out more vectors to kind of go through and even the mechanics that can be Um
but this is this is my this is my kind of not issue but this is my worry that this is not going to be 100 million a year because you can't you can copy this quickly as you have seen.
I mean you can copy this quickly
and it's going to be copied and then going to eat their market share. You can't really copy royal match that quickly. Oh
yeah. Just just show you how it how it looks in like level 362. Oh
that's Mum's house. So
it is. I spent my entire childhood looking at it.
Okay. What's that?
The mumin. You know the Finnish cartoon.
Finnish white guy.
Yeah. So we have these. You've seen these already. This mechanic. There's like a ice block here. There's some kind
of obstacle mechanics and stuff like that. So it it just gets progressively
harder and more kind of you know.
You know how how color block gem ended 14 mil and that was capped.
Yeah, we can we can check that. You mean like it didn't scale past that?
Yeah, exactly.
But this is already bigger if I understand correctly.
No,
it's already 500. What's this?
Yeah, because now it's it's the it's declining. It was 14 mil a month. That was the best month.
400 400 something was there.
Okay. Yeah, there 400 450 or something.
Yeah. 40 mil.
Yeah.
Okay. 14.
I think you will have the same You think you will have the same trajectory as this? That's my that's my body because I mean it's we are grow we are seeing this growth and we've seen this before but since this is not exactly deep enough in my opinion I'm no [ __ ] game designer but still you're not deep enough.
Yes match that's what I'm saying.
The problem is that it's not uh I know what you get here. The problem is it's
not random because those are deterministic puzzles means that the the board is still the same. I think even the the picks that are
think that that like influences the growth.
It does influences the growth. It influences the I mean the people that it attracts. So you're saying basically if it was more like block blast. So basically you could make it more hard for some people then it would be able to scale for sure.
No, I know what you mean. I know what you mean because royal match is not deterministic. You can you can basically it's a casino. This you need to remember all the steps until you get
this is more puzzle to the final puzzle like really steep puzzle.
Yeah.
So the approachable one is the casino one of course.
Sure.
But we've seen it with merge. Merge is completely deterministic and merge has exploded last year.
Yeah. But thanks to microphone
of course but
okay and fair enough moon active. Fair enough moon active as well which took like three basically iterations right from like merge mention. Yeah. Yeah.
So that's why I'm saying I mean this is great and honestly like if I had this game I mean I wouldn't Yeah. I wouldn't say anything. I would be very happy.
It's the biggest game from Turkey in in from what from Royal
Match Kingdom. No since grand games, right?
It's bigger than grand game.
It's big it's bigger than grand games.
Grand games like you know that's that's so long.
It's like the grand game is 2 mil for car match and 8 mil for for magic sword. This is already past that.
Yes. Exactly. bigger than those.
So like this is this is a huge success is absolutely huge success.
Yeah.
I'm just saying like what? Sorry, just go.
Yeah. Go. Can you go back where
No, wait. I'm just saying like what do we need to do in order to see these types of games to reach 30 mil a month?
That's that's my No, I mean there's a ceiling. I think ceiling is 15 17 maybe 20 mil maybe. And it's not going to last. It's not going to last forever. So I'm saying like what do we need to do from the product perspective to get
there? That's like I think this is this is your point
kind of gap.
I understand your point and I partially agree with it because as I said this deterministic which is a completely different puzzle beast than to random stuff but uh I'm still thinking that this will heavily depend on their UA creative funnel. And you know what's going to happen? Like bigger games are going to steal their creatives because this is way more approachable. It's just like the depth.
We're not talking about if this game scales. We're talking about this category scales. Same thing that happened to Metacor. Like Metacor did the merge 2 thing. It was great but nowhere close to Gossip Harbor.
Yeah, but this is Turkish company. So they are really hungry. You can't really compare Turks to Fins.
I know. Tell me how companies are doing.
Has the saying if you know how it works. Yeah, exactly.
Tell me how many Turkish companies are in this big league except Dream and Peak.
I think uh Spike is there.
Yeah, Grand Games.
Okay. I mean big game. You mean Dream and Peak? That's it.
Yes.
Still.
Oh, you're also forgetting all these word games that are from Turkey. They're huge. They're like making 3 400k.
I'm talking like scale size,
dude. They're pretty big. But there's Yeah, but also it's not about Tur Turkish companies in that case because then you can't really compare to rest of the world anyway. Like you have like five more companies like that scale.
Yes, that's it. You have King, you have Playix and you have Chinese. That's it.
So I mean I'm I'm not getting the point here. What are you trying to say?
I'm saying that like others will definitely come in and take this and they can scale it if these guys won't scale it and they will be then the meta core if they're not fast enough with their agree with us.
Yeah. Okay. Okay.
Like microphone will come on this and just eat it alive.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, sure. Yes. Okay. Fair. Yeah.
So,
I can agree with that. But it took me a little bit to to understand what you're saying.
I can I can tell you about it. This game already makes pretty much 16 mil a month right now with ads. Like it's
sure and it's going to it's going to do 220 in two or three months,
but that's it
because that's the ceiling.
We'll see.
I mean, yeah.
Sure. Jakob, can you go on um can you go on just a pixel flow like just click in on the main page on sensor tower because I just want to show some of the metrics they're showing here. I just want to get your take on these. If you scroll down, you can see here time spent an hour a day over 10 sessions.
10 sessions seems like you're on crack.
Yeah, like pixel flow crack. You know why? Because it's it's new and you never seen before.
Yeah. Yeah, it's different. It's very unique. That that is like first to the market and very unique. Exactly. It's novel everything and it's going to be novel for three months and then
it's going to change.
So the interesting thing here, right, for the ads is pretty simple. It's like interstitials for failed levels, which is great. Interstitials for past levels if you don't watch a rewarded video afterwards and you can watch a rewarded video for extra lives in the main menu.
That's it. Super simple, right? But that means nothing else. Exactly. And that means that you're watching so many interstitial ads in this game. So this game is making about 95 to 100k a day from ads currently which is about 18% of uh total revenue.
200k on top of the 500.
Yeah 100k. Yeah. So the one thing I wanted to ask you a wondering do you think CPIs for this is really high?
I don't think so.
Retention must be crazy good right? But like what do you think they're that high yet?
I don't know they're definitely not high man. like you wouldn't be able to scale this level and announcing like investment only now you would need a lot of money so
there's there's three issues that I would love to discuss with you guys that I think from the admon perspective is like why aren't they doing that the first one which sticks out the most which is exactly what hexasort is was the rewarded app open interstitial if you have 10 sessions per day I'm calculating here that if you did that that's like 1.7 no 1.4 4 million per
month extra which would mean 17 million extra from ad yeah
stop doing this [ __ ] calculation we are talking about daily revenue and you're always like oh big numbers millions yearly run rate whatever
one one thing here [ __ ] check there was an interview this week with room games
as they raised the investment
okay
and that the team claims that three months after launch the game has reached seven figures in daily revenue you which we don't see here which means set this multiplayer strikes again h
[ __ ] my life that's very close to what I want to see at the end of the year already
so it means that it's even higher than we see here
well let's say I will know soon
and if that's the case kudos guys I mean this is absolutely amazing
yeah I mean okay so that kind of explains it but like 50k a day extra if
you did a rewarded app open interstitial on every subsequent app open right after the first one. It's not worth it, right?
Absolutely not. And I would I would say it's worth it if it's if it's making like 200k per day, maybe because that's might be quite like interesting uplift, but honestly, you want people to just go straight into the game after they open it right away. like no
which also which also explains why they don't have a rewarded ad for a slot like they did in Hexastor to make it easier right
but also look if you go if you open the game
and I can clearly see I mean I well clearly I could like that like um exclamation mark no
whatever but the
one of the boosters
yeah not the boosters but the the hidden uh
hidden mechanic
yes what if you can unhide with like rewarded video.
Why would you do that?
I know. I don't know.
I tell you why you don't do that. You
break the difficulty and the difficulty is there to squeeze conversion on purchase.
Exactly.
Thank you very much. Thank you very much. That's all. Yeah. That's all I wanted to hear.
Even this you see is great.
Yeah.
Yeah. No way.
What?
Yeah. So, only the last part here, guys. Melo interstitials. You have them on 10 seconds. Everyone else is on 5 seconds. It's super frustrating. Just put Malco on 5 seconds to close. He's keep seeing it and I'm counting it and it sticks out so much. Yeah, they're not sticking to your guidelines. So, give them a little whack.
No, honestly.
But yeah, according to our calculations then that like total yearly revenue or run rate as it is today is 200 million. But I guess it's going to be way higher than if they're
at 50% as a sadness multiplier.
So you think it's on a 300 million run rate right now,
which is exactly the same that Hexaort was on.
I'm not saying run rate because I don't really like this kind of, you know, take something in the Excel sheet that moved an arrow. I'm saying how it's much is making now.
Can you put hexa sword on there as well?
Yeah.
So basically 30 mil.
Do you think this is feasible? If they say they already crossed like 1 mil a day still going up to this. I just want to compare the two like
easy comparison.
Put from app launch. I just want to see the growth trend.
It's from app launch.
Wow. That's incredible.
And Hexaur never even ever did this. On the other hand, yes,
they were making a lot more ad revenue, right? They were like 60% ad revenue.
Of course, what do you see on the curve here?
Yeah,
because you cannot scale IP revenue like this. You can scale ad revenue like this, but not IP revenue like this.
Yeah, Brian, guys.
Yeah.
Heads off. Heads off. This is This is huge.
This is the big one, huh?
If it's really really makes like more than one mil a day, insane. It's very close to my 50 mil a month which I was saying.
I know it's very close to but I still
I'm going to need to see this article because I don't believe you.
No, I mean there's no it's not about it's not not about
believing. It's just like uh how how long does it stay like this and if it's already 1 mil a day then it can easily scale to 1.5
with current setup. But then when like that's that's going to be the ceiling most probably.
What do you think the question is? The question is
we need to sustain
how much like three three grow vectors that there are left how much more we can optimize with more optimized live ops like more events more [ __ ] it's still not optimized as well because I don't think it's yeah I don't think there's anything else
they definitely will do this
how much more can you push on [ __ ] creative like how how much morals will you ditch and how much stuff you'll implement into the game and do stuff like that that's literally
no no no no that's I don't think that's going to help this at all
we'll see I think crazy family is not going to help it. I can I can understand that. But
yeah, but what what else you want? What else do you want? And this is already kind of like the hybrid type of uh creatives. Seriously,
saying UA would be the other gold vector. We'll we'll know more about your
part. Third one, how much competitors like the Vietnam one will be there in the market by the time you start doing these things, which means
end of Feb.
Yeah. So there's already one pretty big one. how many more like these like a day ones going to pop out and then they can squeeze you hard on the CPL lever on the other end. So, we'll see. So, these three factors.
Yeah.
Let's see some creatives.
No.
Is it not good or what?
Yeah. They said I couldn't make ads without the dev team. They said I wouldn't understand the tech. Guess what? I just made a fully working gorgeous top to play while eating noodles and watching trash TV and taking care of my daughter. All thanks to playable makeup. No code, no stress, no [ __ ] Sherlock,
I want to start with I want to start No, no. I want to start with this because basically
my favorite chart
comparison chart. This creative
clearly on app 11 by the way. That's 100%
app. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And this is the the interesting stuff because you it's different from basically whatever other companies are doing. You launch a game. I mean you do like a soft launch, right? This is zero soft launch. Go straight straight to applian like oh my [ __ ] god this is working extremely well. Okay let's just add other kind of UA channels. Tik Tok. Thank god they're listening to us. Mint integral unity basically everything.
Why integral so big
man? Like because Mint you you don't listen to to the like the the reviews that we did for casual games was always Applavin and Mint integral on the first top spots for casual games. It's working like there is no tomorrow. Seriously. And we've we've talked about this before at least in like 10 games. Tik Tok is a Unity. So like Google they added finally or just started scale. There's no Facebook actually which is kind of surprising and not surprising. I mean, I was trying to find their their fun page,
but maybe they're doing it on under Loom Games, actually, not Pixel Flaw. So, let me just do this quick search again because I couldn't find anything and it it's actually odd, but whatever. Loom games. Okay. Nah, you of course it was it was too weird that you're not running Facebook. Of course you are. Look at this.
Wow.
Nice AI. That's great.
We are running. Yes. Okay, because I was like, how is this possible? I I I don't believe it, but I couldn't find like the pixel flow fan page because if you don't find fun fan page on the Facebook ads library, you can't see basically these creatives. So, you need to It is actually pretty good. So, they nice.
This just looks a bit like Magic Swords creative,
man. Magic. You mean those You mean those free creatives? No.
Yeah,
that's it. I mean this is kind of like they are trying this u the uh like AI and this is kind of nice because there's like the
the picture that you are seeing but this is the voodoo game basically.
Exactly like this is the voodoo game. No belt nothing else. Then we have these types of things again. Okay. Fine. Thank you much. And that's pretty much it. That's why actually
I see what you mean. Put Homer Simpson there. Put whatever recognizable. Yeah. 100%.
100%. Like right away. I mean, that's why sensors are all because
Yeah, because it's it's only 20 creatives in December. This can be better, guys, because you actually have 3,000 creatives in the last 3 days, which is great.
That's really nice.
So, launch in October. What was the launch month?
Yeah, I can can do October. Those of you just joining us, basically we're talking about creative velocity, which is basically the new metric that we measure everyone against because it's how you win on UA.
Well, you know what? Like, I'm actually actually trying to set the velocity into
like a slightly different manner because I would say this is creative quantity and velocity would be how frequently can you push new creatives and test them out. So, I mean, it's kind of connected, but I'm just trying to figure out the better term. Yeah. what would be the difference like a proper term because velocity is more about like number but like yeah exactly and speed of testing
but I'm just only now kind of figuring it out because I'm actually writing a prediction UA prediction article for
you hated predictions and now you're doing a prediction oh my god such a drama queen
I know of course of course I mean you loved it it's called hypoc people wants this so I I need I need to deliver that
the next year when we do the next predictions and you complain training. I'm going to be like, I'm not even going to listen to this. I'm just going to leave the call. It's like, I'm not missing.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But see, okay, here. This is exactly what you should be doing. So, this is
this is Spider-Man. Exactly. This is good. They have Iron Man as well. That's what I wanted to show you.
This is the October one. The latest
ones.
This is the October.
Okay.
So, this is October. See here, like there's there's this pineapple. Oh, it's
AI hook.
Yeah. Hello. Huh. Kind of nice. And then you have the pineapple, which is fine. What was the team doing before? Are they all game designers or what? Don't know. I just know.
Oh, that's a good question. I think
great or one of the best puzzle designers for sure.
Yeah. Anyway, let's do let's do basically last three days. So, because here I mean there's like [ __ ] ton of playables obviously even the even the new creatives new total new creatives two 2,300 which is exactly what we talking about. It's great.
It's pretty nice. But yeah, it's it is. But you see like the pictures is like still again like this is kind of okay because it's playable and the playables make more sense. But still I really want to see more of these pictures and as I said like kind of
recognizable ones.
Yes.
It brings clicks though.
Exactly. Oh and decreases the CPI because that's what we talked about a few times before. People see something similar. Great. Because I mean as as you
already saw as so you already saw in the well we'll we'll see in the creative trends episode. I mean it's going to be all about IP infringement but still
of course everything it's gray zone. It's called gray zone.
Everything is Yeah. Exact. Exactly. It's called gray zone. See this is this is the gray zone. Right. So you have you have the iron man.
Mr. Obama Iron Man
and and this is like this is exactly what you you want.
This is where we want to be. This is zone. the gray zone. Yeah,
this is the gray zone, right? But I I think you need more recognizable characters for a female audience rather than just uh kind of Iron Man, which I mean I can see it working to certain extent.
Which characters would you recommend for female audience?
From Marvel.
Yeah, Marvel Marvel. Really?
Obviously not from Marvel.
Yeah, you can do any any cartoons
basically. You can do uh like I said, Homer. I mean, I'm not sure if that's for female audience, but still more a little bit better than than this. What? Oh, this cute Pokemon. You can do Pikachu
women. Don't you want to Jennifer Lopez or something like that?
Yeah, you would see like Jennifer Lopez like this like pixelated Jennifer Lopez. I mean, it's fine. I guess that can work. Yeah, it can work. It can work way better than I mean, I would do cats. Honestly, I would [ __ ] cats.
Yeah, cats.
Whoa, whoa, copy bars. Where? Pixel Flow with Vita Mayong. What's going on?
Yeah, because those are just I think it's in the Vita Mayong and it's just Pixel Flow as
it's like a banner.
Yeah, exactly. Okay. Yeah, this is a banner in this game in that. Yeah, just play. Yeah, exact. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Right. So, because this you have you have planet. I mean, sure. Who cares? Who cares? And see, I mean, even here, you know, like this is the hotel
Transylvania from which I can't say anything kind of
can you punch in negative
Vietnamese,
but check the ad creatives. Wow.
That's what I'm saying. Mario 128.
I mean, sure. That's that's
Yeah, but they have stuff like
I can help you with that, guys. You have cute animals. Small this chick right there. Avocado. There's dog in here. There's Yeah, there's Mario. There's the everything is fine meme. I see it there. You know the dog with the flames.
Yeah. Here's like a cute little order right here.
Spend two hours. But right Santa Claus. Like come on. This is exactly what I'm talking about.
Happy New Year even.
Yeah. Doesn't
see
not that many.
You know what you should do? Oh my god. I know what you do. I see. Yeah. Here's the there's the fine. You need to go guys to to coloring book.
Go to coloring books. Everything they are scaling take it and use it in creative
all the happy coloring books apps do that research and here's like little prince oh my god like this see this is what I'm talking about I said this is amazing just copy it too bad you just announced the the investment because I was just [ __ ] steal this creative and used it people do this so anyway but yeah just get inspired by this because this is exactly what you should be doing way more.
I think uh what one definitely has much more cats. There's like
Exactly. Right. Because
like
everybody loves cats.
Homer Simpson's there.
Yeah. Where? Oh my god.
I didn't even know like Yeah. I didn't even know like there's a like color pixel shooter, but like there you go.
This is the voodoo one.
Yeah. There you go.
That's Spongebob.
This is perfect. Let's see.
Yeah. There we go. Exactly as as predicted.
This is it. Yeah, exactly. Cat, I don't know what's that.
No, because cats work, man. Like it's like you can see cat everywhere. Even
the AI trends like the AI cats like cat giving a birth to like a small kitten that she got from like cheating with someone else. Like it's it's insane.
But like this is exactly right.
Strange.
So
they also have theirs by the way. Like the this one this face.
Yeah. Yeah.
I also seen the the planet somewhere here. Give me a second.
So, I mean, you are kind of Yeah. You're going in a very good direction, but you need to do it more often.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Here's the plan.
If you don't Yeah. If you don't have the Yeah. If you don't have a creative team.
Yeah.
I have.
That's That's like That's
okay.
All right. I think we to death 800.
Yes. We can we can we can we can stop here.
This is a home run. This is like Yeah.
Yes. I mean, this is awesome.
Yeah. Yeah. It's It's quite interesting. And as I said, this is not the last time we're talking about this. We're going to battle to the last.
Yes. Okay, good. So, thank you very much. Also, again, heads off to the team. You're doing an amazing job and I
wish you all the luck for the scale scaling. Let's see where it uh kind of hits the ceiling. I'm really curious.
Good job.
Good job.
Thank you. See you later. Thank you very much, guys, for joining in and just uh listening until the very end. If you have any comments, please share them under the video. Like the video or don't. It's fine. You we'll see you. It's fine. I mean, we'll see you. Bye-bye channel.
Cheers.

Distilling the key insights…
Pixel Flow has emerged as a significant success within the Turkish mobile gaming sector, achieving a rapid ascent to seven-figure daily revenue within three months of its September launch. By blending familiar sorting and bench-based puzzle mechanics with high-tension, speed-oriented gameplay, the title maximizes player agency and engagement. This growth is underpinned by an aggressive user acquisition strategy that eschews traditional soft launches in favor of high-velocity creative testing. By leveraging AI-generated visuals and pop-culture-adjacent assets to lower cost-per-install metrics, the developers have successfully scaled the game to approximately 200,000 daily downloads and a potential $300 million annual run rate.
Despite this rapid financial trajectory, the long-term viability of the title remains a subject of debate among industry analysts. The game’s reliance on deterministic puzzle mechanics and a relatively shallow meta-progression system creates a potential revenue ceiling. Furthermore, the market has already seen the emergence of fast-following competitors, highlighting the vulnerability of the game’s core loop to replication. The current reliance on high-frequency ad placements and trend-based creative assets necessitates constant iteration to maintain market share against increasingly crowded categories.
Ultimately, the game’s performance serves as a case study in the power of rapid creative optimization across platforms like AppLovin and Mintegral. While the current strategy has proven highly effective at driving immediate scale, sustained success will depend on the team’s ability to evolve beyond initial viral trends. Future stability hinges on transitioning from a high-volume, acquisition-heavy model toward deeper live operations and sustained innovation to defend against competitors and prevent the erosion of the player base.
