NODWIN Gaming has announced the details for the fourth season of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Masters Series (BGMS), a prominent esports tournament based in India. The event, which runs through September 14, 2025, is broadcast live on Star Sports Khel and JioHotstar. The competition features a total prize pool of INR 1.5 crore, approximately $171,330 USD.
The tournament has secured a diverse roster of corporate sponsors. OnePlus returns as the title sponsor and official smartphone partner, while Android serves as the co-title sponsor for the second consecutive year. Other partners include TVS Motor Company, which acts as the official mobility partner for the third year, alongside Swiggy, Bisleri, Red Bull, and debutant Duolingo English Test. While these partnerships highlight significant commercial interest in the Indian mobile esports market, the specific financial terms of these agreements remain undisclosed.
A key development for the fourth season is the introduction of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Challenger Series (BGCS), an amateur league designed to create a structured pathway to the professional BGMS level. The Challenger Series features 24 teams, including participants from campus qualifiers, mobility-partner-sponsored battles, invited squads, and four all-women teams. By integrating these grassroots and amateur elements, the organizers aim to foster inclusivity and talent development within the Indian gaming ecosystem. The BGCS, which began on August 19, streams daily on the NODWIN Gaming YouTube channel.
