The UK-based esports organization Horizon Union has entered into a strategic partnership with the global sports entertainment company Sorare. This collaboration aims to integrate Sorare’s fantasy sports platform into the promotional activities of Horizon Union, which operates as a creator-first organization under the Kairos Group. While the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, the partnership focuses on leveraging Horizon Union’s roster of FIFA esports professionals and content creators to drive user engagement for the Sorare platform.

The scope of the collaboration includes the promotion of Sorare’s fantasy sports game through digital content and various activations across Horizon Union’s media channels. A central component of the deal is the launch of a private in-game league, which offers participants the opportunity to win prizes, including limited-edition digital player cards and tickets to Premier League football matches. Additionally, the partnership will feature in-person football game activations to further integrate the two brands.

Founded in 2017, Horizon Union maintains a significant presence in the UK esports scene, supporting over 45 content creators and competing in titles such as FIFA and Apex Legends. By aligning with Sorare—a platform known for its marketplace of officially licensed digital player cards from major leagues like the NBA, Premier League, and Major League Baseball—Horizon Union seeks to expand its commercial reach within the intersection of traditional sports and digital gaming.
