Former Enthusiast Gaming executives have launched a new marketing agency, XDOTG, aimed at providing integrated creative and distribution services for brands within the gaming and esports sectors. Led by former Enthusiast Gaming Chief Marketing Officer Alex Gonzalez, who serves as president, the agency seeks to differentiate itself in a crowded market by offering a unified approach that combines campaign ideation, production, and execution. The firm is built upon four core pillars: talent, studios, culture, and distribution.

The agency intends to leverage a broad network of creators across gaming and lifestyle platforms, with a specific focus on user-generated content (UGC) within environments like Roblox and Fortnite. By designing interactive gameplay experiences paired with strategic media distribution, the company aims to move beyond short-term promotional efforts to deliver long-term engagement and measurable value for clients. The leadership team brings extensive experience from their previous roles, having collectively managed campaigns for major global brands including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Disney+, and Nintendo.

The formation of XDOTG follows a period of significant restructuring at Enthusiast Gaming, which recently divested its Luminosity Gaming division and associated assets to Vertiqal Studios. While the new agency is composed of former senior leaders from the organization, specific personnel details remain undisclosed.
