UK-based esports agency Epic Global has rebranded as Feenix Group following a successful investment round led by Quintas Capital and Beach Point Capital Management. The company secured €1.5 million (approximately $1.67 million USD) in funding, which is earmarked for expanding its service offerings and diversifying its operational focus within the gaming and esports sectors.
The rebrand introduces a new organizational structure consisting of four distinct divisions. Feenix Agency will manage marketing initiatives targeting Gen-Z and Gen Alpha demographics, while Feenix Esports will provide specialized consulting services. Feenix Studio is tasked with developing user-generated content, with a specific emphasis on integrating brands and intellectual property into major platforms like Fortnite and Roblox. Finally, Feenix Talent will handle management services for esports professionals and content creators. Existing business functions, such as the development of grassroots esports competitions, will be integrated into the Agency and Esports divisions.
Co-founders Sinead Hosey and Trev Keane initiated this transition to better align the company’s capabilities with evolving market demands. By restructuring into these specialized units, the organization aims to strengthen its position as a service provider for brands and talent within the global gaming ecosystem. The move reflects a broader strategic shift toward capturing value in intellectual property and platform-based content creation.
