Trident Gaming, a new esports and gaming solutions company, has officially launched in Pune, India. Founded by industry veterans Abhijeet “Ghatak” Andhare and Sunny “Fea” Lohia, the venture is self-funded and aims to address critical gaps in the Indian esports ecosystem, specifically regarding talent development, revenue diversification, and professional standards.
The company’s primary objective is to professionalize the local gaming landscape by providing comprehensive services to players and organizations. These services include talent management, contract negotiation, legal assistance, and brand development. Beyond individual representation, Trident Gaming is focused on grassroots development and is actively engaging with educational institutions to integrate esports programs and clubs into academic environments. By creating intellectual properties and fostering community-driven initiatives, the founders intend to build a more sustainable infrastructure for emerging talent.
The leadership team brings significant industry experience to the venture. Andhare is a former professional player and coach with a background at organizations such as Entity Gaming, GodLike Esports, and TSM. Lohia, a co-founder of the production house Esports Network, has previously managed events and community operations for firms including Global Esports and Megastars Esports. Through this combined expertise, Trident Gaming seeks to act as a bridge between brands and the growing Indian esports market, ensuring that professional players are better equipped to maximize their career potential.
