The agreement reinforces a long-term commitment between the two organizations.
Team Vitality and the French football club Lille Olympique Sporting Club (LOSC) have renewed their partnership for a third consecutive year, continuing their collaborative efforts within the EA Sports FC esports ecosystem. While the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, the deal reinforces a long-term commitment to bridging the gap between traditional sports and competitive gaming.
The partnership focuses on the 2024/25 season, with Team Vitality managing a branded EA FC roster that includes players Ilian Bouchi and Brice Masson, alongside coach Johann ‘ManiiKa’ Simon. The primary objective for the upcoming season is to secure qualification for the 2025 Esports World Cup. As part of the operational agreement, the team will utilize both the LOSC Domaine de Luchin training facilities and Team Vitality’s V.Performance center at the Stade de France.
Beyond competitive play, the collaboration involves integrated promotional efforts, including the placement of LOSC branding on team jerseys, social media channels, and various video content. This renewal highlights Team Vitality’s broader strategy of maintaining a diverse portfolio of competitive titles, which includes League of Legends, Valorant, and Counter-Strike 2, among others. By sustaining this partnership, both organizations aim to leverage their combined resources to develop domestic talent and increase their international visibility within the professional gaming landscape.
