Global Esports Federation Partners With NODWIN and Cinematic

The Global Esports Federation has officially appointed India-based tournament organizer NODWIN Gaming and California-based production company Cinematic as portfolio management companies to oversee regional event operations. While the financial terms of these agreements remain undisclosed, the partnerships aim to expand the federation’s footprint and professionalize the delivery of esports events across key international markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, NODWIN Gaming assumes exclusive rights to host Global Esports Federation events throughout much of Asia, the Middle East, and the African continent. Furthermore, the deal permits NODWIN to operate events in additional regions on a non-exclusive basis, leveraging a network of strategic partners and subsidiaries, including Germany-based Freaks 4U Gaming and Turkey-based Ninja Gaming. This arrangement is designed to foster development in emerging esports markets by utilizing local expertise and established infrastructure.

Simultaneously, Cinematic has been appointed to manage the North American market. Although the company lacks a prior track record in dedicated esports production, it brings extensive experience in media and entertainment, having previously collaborated with major global brands such as Amazon, Twitter, and Porsche. Cinematic began its planning operations in January 2024, signaling a strategic shift for the federation toward integrating broader media production capabilities into its competitive event framework. These appointments reflect a broader organizational strategy to decentralize event management while maintaining a unified global standard for competitive gaming.
