I don't know if you watch a lot the the the TV in the US but the the expectation of quality of the creatives is really low like yeah compared to Europe it's really low so like you don't need a a high polish no no absolutely not absolutely not so okay so now I will show yeah we we'll we'll we'll show different ones but yeah but then it's just like [Music] this is a no [ __ ] gaming show where we talk about games and their revenue in great detail powered by our ad monetization game design and user acquisition Triple Threat expertise welcome to the two and a half Gamers the unfiltered truth served with a side of giggles
let's not forget this is a 400 a.m. conference discussion Vibe so let's not take it too seriously tune in now and stay 2 and a half steps ahead of the gaming industry okay so yeah okay let's start welcome thanks for for coming we are actually in Las Vegas king that's why I have the the sunglasses obviously and uh we have a special episode because uh I want to know more about CTV and who is [ __ ] best guy who knows everything about ctvs Arthur so thank you thank you very much for coming can you just talk about yourself the company sure and why you're not using yxes in the reports in the reports yeah yeah no definitely um so I'm marur I'm the CEO uh and confounder of the of the company um so we've created the the company in uh 2022 uh it's actually a
spin-off uh of our previous company that we that we sold uh in tra to were like semantic targeting uh uh business um and yeah we started working on Vibe because we sensed the massive potential of uh of CTV um Vibe is a very product driven company so the the whole product is self- served that was like that's very important to us because both founder were both like a computer scientist and really like product oriented I was here to sorry to inter I was here two years ago and you had the both and there was like how what if you can run CTV as like a Google campaign or something like that yeah that's how we pit ourselves we the Google ads of TV basically so super simple to use really targeted at smbs basically we democratize access to TV advertising but and TV is now switching to streaming and uh that's the the the the normal people term uh in a tech we like acronym so we will call that CTV Ott uh whatever but uh at the end of the day it's just like triming uh basically okay so what is cpv again sure um you
can Define it in uh in different ways um if you really strict by the book CTV is a device um so CTV is a connected television um and it basically um makes possible to deliver content uh TV content through the internet so that opens up to tons of uh technical uh things so like measurement uh targeting um and that's why like CTV opened up to the kind of same capabilities uh as Facebook ads or Google ads you can Target like very precise ODS you can do retargeting you can measure the installs that you do like Revenue that you're generating from that uh that channel whereas like with linear TV before was much uh much different okay so CTV connected TV what is the inventory inventory is you have you have a lot of things um you have uh streaming apps uh of course um so you'll have um AG VOD so only talking about the ones that you that you can uh Target with with that because like there's of
course like VOD but uh so what is VOD VOD VOD on demand and then you have yeah and then you have avod and H VOD so avod will be uh advertising uh advertise uh supported um video on demand and then you have hybrid VOD which is like the big thing so I have I have no [ __ ] idea like how this works so all the acronyms just please yeah yeah sure so basically you'll have streaming services like Netflix for example Netflix uh they're starting to open up to ads as well but initi it was really like only a PID like a service without ads um and now they are Tren so that was like a bod um and now they're yeah video on Dem man and now they're transitioning to HV VOD so HV VOD is hybrid in the sense that you can pay less per month uh for hybrid video on demand yeah yeah cuz uh exactly um and basically you pay but you also have ads basically uh but you pay less uh so they are transitioning to that Disney plus as well they meaning Netflix Disney yeah EXA exactly and then you
have what we called fast channels uh so free at support TV um and fast channels is uh more like um a Pluto TV a Samsung TV plus uh so for example when you have a Samsung TV uh if you connect it to the internet you'll have access to plenty uh of channels uh and uh that's usually fast uh so fast channels uh so free channels um and then yeah you have like uh you have like so plenty of apps uh either like uh they are kind of independent apps which are not owned by the content uh uh providers so uh football TV for example uh football football yeah football is uh the leading um live sports um like streaming app basically here in the US yeah here in the US uh yeah so basically in in in in Europe like streaming in general is not very developed uh basically but in the US like there are plenty of apps and the
the US AG as well is much more developed from the the the population so I'm even more confused now what you said so if I want to run it CTV okay like good luck outside of the US first thing like us like how does that look like so you you mention if you if you want to if you want to think about the the the ad experience itself uh think about YouTube YouTube so basically you have pre-roll mid roll uh those kind of thing and you'll have like your uh your video that will pop up like the ad that will pop up uh at those specific times um sometime for live content uh you have ad breaks uh and uh during those ad breaks Those ads are delivered like uh by a bidding process basically yeah yeah exactly yeah everything is auction based okay so I'm I'm watching a streaming service whatever yeah I guess some n Flix but can be yeah but can be Netflix and then in the middle of the whatever show just like there's an ad break and
then you'll have so several usually several uh different ads uh that will that will show up and then your content will resume which is CTB which is yeah but is it only on TV or is only also so it's mostly it's mostly on TV at least for us like what we do we mostly target uh Target TVs for some like specific advertisers want to Target also mobile apps um we we can do so uh but we focus on that but but that also includes um yeah when you watch content on your like uh tablet laptop phone like uh that that still works yeah yeah okay you know like what's the percentage of like the split of the plac is it most mostly T yeah mostly TV right now the the all the broadcasters and apps are really focusing on on TV inventory um what's the difference between TV and CTV then because it's it's just Netflix CPM like basically like the more their focus is more on that because the it's uh it's
easier to sell it for a higher price uh because it's see like it's in the middle of the living room like the impact like the the the attention to the ad uh is uh like is much bigger than that one you would have on a on a on a small screen which I don't really agree on but I mean that's that's that's how they prioritize it um so yeah uh it's it's mostly mostly TVs at the moment yeah so difference between t and c c yeah yeah okay so what's like the minimum budget I mean I need to have to actually use C of course of course so basically um if you go uh through the broadcasters or like you use a very large uh solution it will be like hundred of uh thousands uh sometime Millions uh just like TV kind of um and that's the thank you very much for listening thanks but that's that's the that's the reason uh why we exist and and why we do things um we're really like uh changing uh the minimum and that's how we democratize it so right now our minimum is is 50 bucks a day um
so you can start at even less than the Facebook ads uh Facebook ads I think you can like run even mean you can run less it won't be it won't be like super effective but 50 bucks like if you we we said that minimum because if you run a very like locally targeted campaign with 50 bucks like you can start like seeing okay results if you go if you if you spend 50 bucks Nationwide like you'll just waste that money of course okay but then it's hyper targeted yeah instead of like just running me running a UA on us for 50 100 200 500 whatever I around the whole country yeah so we we we also do that uh and we have like lots of advertisers that's why we're at muu especially in gaming uh we have like tons of advertisers will spend like several 100ks per month uh and they'll be Nationwide but we'll be targeting like specific audiences and we'll be like uh uh improving the results based on like machine learning and all those kind of things um um but but yeah you
can spend as less as little as 50 bucks but then you can spend like much much much so the minimum budget is kind of irant yeah this case because then you can spend 50 just like a small group of people it does make a difference exactly we make it more accessible but then you can still scale U basically just like Google ads or Facebook ads you can spend like 50 bucks or you can spend like mil in that case the question is how much money I need to spend to see results depends on like the volume that you're looking for the volume that you already have of course of course but here yeah okay tell me examples no what for I I'll be very specific to gaming in UA uh because uh we we as we were talking before uh we work with also lots of Ecom brand and like local businesses but that's not the the most relevant here so for getting maybe it is it's fine but for user acquisition basically you starting at like 30k a month uh usually you start to have like a good understanding of what works what does not like what you should scale on which
strategy you should scale Etc so yeah that's that's usually what we what we recommend it's like 500 to a th000 a day uh is enough basically to get started okay and what does it mean enough to get started like how does that you'll see basically you will see like installs you'll see return on ad span you'll see all all those things um and you'll be able to like uh have an understanding and uh some insights uh on the results of your campaign so that like uh you can optimize it so yeah wel for the the process so I have a game just a match free game y I don't know what amount of money I want to spend I just want to try CTV so what do what do I what do I need to do let's say okay I have 50k Yeah so basically what what we'll do together uh first thing we'll do is connect to your MMP um so with our applier adjust Etc um so that that will allow you to measure like the the results of the of the campaign um and then usually what we'll do especially at Vibe um we have have like very specific audiences and we'll Target
um users of similar games uh we have that uh we have that data as well um from like uh previous campaigns or like where do you get the data we have that from data Partners uh basically yes and and as we own our own DSP like we can uh we can do system okay how's like how's that work who who are the data partn it's like this super I mean if you if you don't okay if you don't want to mention that's fine but this is like super valuable data of course you have no no but um not not going into like some yeah but some uh some companies uh will be fine uh like selling uh that data basically um you have uh like some ad networks and also like uh the be landscape uh basically allows you to sometimes do some man you just answered absolutely nothing why I have no idea what you just said so the B lcap basically we have a DSP so we like uh you didn't ask like when [ __ ] do you get the data who are the data
yeah no some some of the some of the data we collect ourselves uh from our DSP because like we see like a like be request from like certain apps and those kind of thing and that allows us to uh create those audiences um but we the the data that we never use uh is the data of our clients so basically like that there's a big wle uh in that of course yeah of course sometimes not that I know so so I said I have met game 50k we said okay we start fin the targeting uh then you la so then you use a creative um so usually doesn't need like too much work but there's still like a bit so you have like some um some kind of best practices so include the QR code uh include the name of the app uh always on like the logo of the app TV kind of yeah the T yeah yeah the the main thing that usually is kind of
overlooked uh is the sound uh because a lot of UA people are used to run like their ads on like sound of by default inventories the thing it sound matters a lot it's like that's what I found as well I they usually have a very very different sound and the music in my creatives makes a difference yeah and voiceover like uh the like a big part of your Co to action is basically the voiceover like super important that at the end of the at the end of the ad like uh it says like download blah blah blah on the App Store like that's that's something that seems like of course like uh obvious but you would be surprised like how many creatives we receive uh that don't have that and so uh I'm going to tell me more about the creating later on and I'm going to put it in the post production but thank you very much it's more work for me but this is nice okay so I put the creative in and then then what I just put the push the button and
campaign G yeah yeah we have basically uh relationships with pretty much uh every uh every broadcaster um so basically the only ones we're missing is uh Netflix and uh and of course YouTube that we'll never get yeah um but uh but then yeah you can pretty much run your your your campaign on pretty much uh any channel so the the the the the creative will go live basically within like five minutes to an hour uh and then it will start like uh we start Gathering some results uh and then insts meaning installs uh installs revenue generated from those users like uh everything that that uh do you have like any other events you can map through the MLP or so yeah yeah we so if if we're sent more we can map more but the main ones that we use um yeah it's install registration uh when like uh for the ups that uh for which that matters but uh and uh and revenue yeah and then we'll use basically the feedback pretty much like uh any uh any company UA company that uses uh machine learning uh to optimize
so basically we'll see like which channel generates the the the best result which uh location uh which audiences like age gender like all those kind of thing and we'll mix that and optimize kind of narrow down afterwards or yeah yeah yeah we we we narrow down uh we test also new uh new new setups uh and we we're really a partner when it comes to like uh what kind of new setups then you test afterwards so okay let's say running us and then like Texas is working well 25 we we have we have like uh I think right now it's like around like 70 or 80 like audiences um that we've built ourself um so name five uh home renovation Health and Fitness in market for uh like a [Music] car yeah we have social demographics uh and uh and interest yeah so all that all that we use uh we we use that data and those are those audiences and we'll test
pretty much all of them combinations uh as well uh and that you can do manually to really like force basically the algorithm to prioritize that but we we'll also like uh like test bit like the FL okay so I narrow down the audience takes us 25 female to 34 whatever then what you just use like all like the similar audiences that you buildt expand there yeah yeah yeah yeah and then you you you test new things you I mean pretty much like uh like what you would do on Facebook on yeah exactly it's really like at the end of the day I know it's a it's a new like acquisition Channel and and and and it can seem very different because it's TV and people have some kind of uh know a lot of things about about TV but nobody was talking about this content before like no way know have it works so that's that's why I'm here yeah it was not like super measurable but now we've really made it like just you basically
use it the same way as you use like social and wasn't super measurable like what's changed basically it wasn't super measurable because cable TV is not delivered through the internet um so you don't have any like ID or anything that you can like basically link um whereas like as it's delivered through the internet especially like through household IPS um you can basically link uh a TV to like the devices that are in the same household um and so that way you kind of have an ID um to ID of like those device of the household basically uh to be a bit more precise um but yeah and then you can uh basically link down like a single like you can know like which add impression basically generated uh specific install how is it compliant with the idfa it's not that it's not compliant we're not relying on idfa okay but device ID so you kind of like you can identify the user
yeah yeah but it's so idfa is the the ID that uh the Apple basically ID uh so we're not relying on that uh but then like content consent is collected like uh on the uh on the TVs because if we if we if the consent is not uh is not given like anyway we we won't have access to it uh and we don't have like as we solely Opera in the US we don't have gdpr so so yeah it's a bit easier yeah yeah of course yeah but they like still interesting because like you need to give content on the TV to actually see yeah uh not C ads some ads will be delivered but won't or be tracked or like like what kind of content you me so you can I yeah yeah the the basically the either the the the TV will ask for it um or the the app itself will ask for it interesting so like what's like what's the difference between I and and Ando Android kind of users for you in
terms of that iOS are getting a bit more difficult right now uh because like uh yeah and because IP is being uh is being blocked like uh or like it's a very short um period of time um but but I mean it's okay because like most of the installs anyway that you'll get like that you that you'll be generating will be like uh within the next like uh 24-hour window so like uh it's it's pretty pretty fast okay so you can attribute yeah the the thing that we can't do though uh or I mean we could but it's very complex uh so we don't um but would be to Target like only iOS users for example we can you can do it no it's really hard because like we we can Target an household um which has like an iOS device yeah but it's hard to Target an household that has only iOS devices how do know have IOS devic because like we we have a graph uh internally and so to that I'm pretty sure there's no Y axis oh it's a it's a it's a graph it's a map so this one doesn't have but but
yeah but um but basically we have a we have a device graph um and so link to IPS we have some information that's like the the the audience information that we have and as well like the like the devices uh that are in the household link to it so how do you get information well you see it from the the bid requests basically yeah yeah so you know basically when you are targeting a specific uh like uh you you'll get um uh a request from a specific IP and then you'll see like uh like whether it's an iOS device or an Android device or Blackberry Windows Phone rest in peace okay jeez I mean like still confused what what confuses you because so like so many information and it's like okay I just want to be able to just go somewhere like you said like you have
S platform so want to go there with like okay I want to Target 25 plus female whatever us this is the creative this is the budget score yeah I can I can do it you can do it yeah yeah most most of our cents in gaming we do a lot of manage Service uh to also help and like there is like we we want to make sure basically that our clients like get the performance that they were looking for so that's that's also how we help but the setup is like visible in the in the platform they can connect and like the exact set up but there's the thing like I have no [ __ ] idea how to run it so like how can I get support because you know I want to spin yeah and usually what UA people in gaming do is like they try and if doesn't work it's okay [ __ ] this yeah yeah yeah that's our Challenge and we have to be performing like real fast basically but uh yeah but then like yeah you self surve so I just com in no but that's why that's why especially gaming uh most of the first campaign uh
are managed by us like internally because we have like the expertise we have also tools that allow us to like deep deep dive into like the data and uh like make sure serve because we don't work just for gaming uh and so like for like we have right now like uh I think we're nearing like 3,000 clients a bit more than that maybe uh yeah yeah so one I don't want an account manager for like we don't want to manage like 3,000 accounts um and like a lot of uh a lot of clients like gaming is a very special Beast um but like for Ecom brands for example why is gaming special because gaming relies a lot on like mmps uh and Ecommerce doesn't I mean you still need to track yeah you you you still you still need to track but it's less uh omnipresent um and it's easier to like you can do like uh you can set up like retargeting much more easily um so it's a some people will have like a much much defined ID of what they want to Target
like if you want to Target like females 35 Plus like it's a it's a bit more narrowed down um so for them it's uh it's less complex uh basically to to set up and measuring web traffic is much more easier than than measuring uh basically the the app installs and all those kind of thing so and then we have like all the local businesses and stuff so they'll basically say okay I have a I have a a shop like in that specific location like I just want to Target the zip codes around it and like specific incomes and that's pretty uh that it's a simple setup simple example that I'm giving here but like s serve Works uh Works PR well for yeah for d right now we don't we don't offer any Mash Service uh for anything outside of uh of gaming for example yeah because I mean gaming it's just like I was talking to someone is you have like 10 channels in UA and that you're [ __ ] y like okay it's not the rock yeah and that that's why that's why CTV is uh is picking up so much because like everybody understands that like the scale is there the potential is
there uh so now everybody I would say is more exploring uh than than anything like uh everyone is trying to to explore to understand like how it works and nothing is really set in stone so like even like measurement uh it's a it's a big challenge more and more Wild West it's the Wild Wild West yeah yeah yeah so that's why like uh more and more for example at Vibe we're moving toward uh incrementality um because TV is not a clickable my at channel so if you want to really understand the full value um of uh of of TV advertising you need to understand how much it impacts like your other campaigns your average revenue all those kind of things and that's what we're seeing more and more is like the interest of advertisers like to rather rather like look into like okay like does it bring incrementally I don't care about like the app installs I don't care about all those things but like let's have two different cohorts like let's see the ones who have been exposed the
one who have not and let's compare like how much revenue you generated it's really hard to say like who was exposed and it wasn't no it's not because like uh same goes go back to IP basically at the at the at the beginning of the campaign you'll say okay like uh I'll Target like 35 Plus ween simple one but okay uh and I'll take like 20% of that audience I won't show them in the ad and 20% of the uh and 80% of the the audience I'll show them like that and then we'll compare like the ones who have not been exposed and the one would been yeah and we'll see like uh we'll see if uh if it generates more more revenues too much hustle no it's not like all that is automated now um so yeah yeah yeah like the the basically every campaign that is launched uh now with Vibe um like we we split basically we have that automatic split and So based on your targeting uh we'll put aside like a part of the of the control group like for all of them um and so that allows us to uh to measure that uh all the time and it's and it's kind of interesting because like uh in terms of
performance like you don't do the same setups um that like you would do with like uh if you want if you just look at like app installs and those kind of thing you will tend to go for lower cpms and like fast channels those kind of thing whereas like if you look for incrementally you will move more toward like uh more premium channels and those kind of things okay so what's like uh the the CPI difference when you compare that like CTV versus the like Facebook made us so I'll tell you the the the uh I'll tell you yeah exactly exactly depends but still you have the number yeah yeah uh I would say on average it's uh it's a bit higher um it's a bit dire because as well the CPM is uh is uh is is more expensive um but in terms of roas um I mean our clients don't care that we're TV like they I don't care if CPA is high R is there exactly so we have we have the exact same like uh like
Ross starget than any other channel like they don't care if it's TV or like whatever like they just want to like if they say Okay I want a 10% 7day R Us we have to achieve that or we are out in way so and the fact that we're still here and in Vegas like three years after Lo King the company probably means that we hit the target so yeah do something yeah okay so like what are the genres that are kind of like performing better than the other do you have like a specific genre like okay meore works well or match free works well or whatever yeah match match works really well um match uh yeah match free those kind of thing um Social Casino like obviously like it's a massive one um every time I'm I'm speaking to any like new channel like oh my God we're so big on social Casino like yeah cuz like they I mean those companies they R out of the UA
channels yeah yeah exactly like and they are like desperate to get new channels so that's also like a but but in terms of performance like that works uh so uh what does not work uh is uh everything like um casual like hyper casual all that like much much harder uh but everything like midcore hardcore like that works pretty well um so like kind of like means you have female audience and male audience well or not you but wa yeah male and female both what do you yeah yeah exactly that's what I was like it's not your audience yeah the inventory is there okay you have pretty much like um you can pretty much uh Target like um any person there is no like uh old people watch streaming like our C cters like uh the young people as well so like the inventory is like on the on the streaming platform I guess so like how like where's the the your DS come come in why do we have a DSP do I was like so
you use the DSP to kind of to run the campaigns of yeah yeah we we have our own DP um and like our own that server like the everything is is proprietary uh and then we have like the connections to ssps and we also have direct Integrations with uh some of the Publishers absolutely damn question but still I I had to ask because still it's new I mean it's new yeah EXA exactly it's you like say so many yeah and some things that might sound obvious might not be so like like absolutely not obvious to me obvious uh then the creatives that's like the really really important yeah because I've heard you need to have different types of crates I no [ __ ] idea like how does it work do you really need like I like ugc you can pretty much voice you can pretty much yeah you you can pretty much test uh everything uh we have like ugc
uh creatives that work super well uh sometime like we we had for example um uh a campaign for a social app um where they had like a studio uh in La like producer super like the video was really good uh but it was was a bit conceptual um and like performance were more than terrible uh I would say uh and then like we just like tried okay like let's have like a very stupid like creative just like a phone with the app inside and like few like highlights of the the features and and then the QR code the logo your name and and and and let's launch that and they killed it with that um so it's really again like I'll keep giving that that that answer but you do the same thing that you would do uh on uh on on another channel so you have to test creatives creative is the big the m part of the performance um so
yeah for example we're exploring like with with ugc companies uh Partnerships uh so to be able to test uh a lot of things for example with spol AI um because like that's uh that's very important to be able to test uh a lot of creatives um and and as again that's one of the sometime the issues that U some advertisers will have like many uh creative St tests uh and uh and they feel that because it's TV they have to have like is super high in creative and it's not true like uh some some of our clients uh have like some very very basic uh creatives uh and that works pretty well and I mean I don't know if you watch a lot the the the TV in the US but the the expectation of quality of the creatives is really low like yeah compared to Europe it's really low so like you don't need a high polish no no absolutely not absolutely not so okay so now I will show yeah we we'll we'll we'll show different ones but
yeah but then it's just like whatever works on the UA on other channels I can just [ __ ] to CTV I you [ __ ] same [ __ ] through but uh yeah you can use like uh we have like tons of uh ton of PLS like using like uh High performing like Facebook creatives like YouTube creatives all those kind of things yeah because I what I found out is just different creatives noways work different on different channels this way yeah yeah the the the fact that it performs like on on another Channel doesn't guarantee that it works exactly if it works on Facebook or if it works on Tik Tok yeah is the difference or just like whatever again like yeah whatever like I I I don't have no no but I don't have a I don't have a benchmark uh to give you a finite answer like some do some don't yeah but some do some don't depends yeah okay in that case uh do you know like what was the like the best performing
creative the best performing creative yeah it's just like it's on the top of your head example yeah yeah I I I have one uh not related to to UA uh but it's a client who owns a furniture store um and the local Furniture Store uh and they have like uh promotions like pretty much every weekend and every week the guy like films himself like in the shop and say like hey like like come by the shop like uh this weekend we have like special offer on couches uh leather couches uh 25% off uh see you this weekend and people go to his store and I mean he has the best way of measuring it people come to his store and will say hey I saw you on TV exactly and and and that works and the guy is not spending like a lot of money or anything like that it's just simple uh and works and I think I I think in general like on TV you have to be super direct like tell exactly what's your offer like uh if there is an incentive uh like definitely
push it uh and a clear call to action like that's it like what's the product be don't go like don't be complex about it like simple pitch of the product an incentive or offer and a strong call to action right I think in in gaming world it's also it's almost like a de diary I see that work so well for like non mobile games yeah so we have uh typ like fuel PC and Steam games and every time we blch new update like there's Dev diary videos like exact like devs are filming themselves talking about the new update so well of so it's relatable exactly it's like oh fine how much money I can spend uh CDV technically hundreds of millions of course unlimited um okay M free game how much money I can SP you can spend like a few hundred GS per month uh definitely per day 10 20 10 20 10 20 then like
after like 30 40 50k uh you need to be like measuring uh incrementality and those kind of thing cuz you you end up like uh running into lots of issues uh because of uh because of attribution in all that yeah is really is really tough so yeah and because because at the end of the day as well like TV is considered by like in the attribution systems uh as impression so that creates lots of noise like lots of complexity and that's why like incrementality is key more than key you can't rely on last click I guess yeah yeah which sus for us obviously when you have 2 clicks it sucks yeah okay but it's pry cool option so do you have like a examples of different companies and different Dy like okay so actually we're spending 30k per day there's another company bit C spending 20 K yeah you have those we have a we we have I you mentioned 3,000 yeah no of course um the social Social Casino um
iide the social k no but tens of uh tens of thousands a day um you have like tons of match free games like those kind of things spending like uh few Grands like uh scaling like you you we have clients like we start at like 500 bucks a day and then like we get the performance and then we go to 1,000 to 2,000 to 4,000 to 8,000 and that works for while how how long does it take to go from 500 to 5,000 if you want to do it safely and the right way like without putting at risk like the performance uh I would say like within two months uh like you have enough time basically to to do it like you can accelerate that but you'll be at risk and sometime sometime we find like pretty instant more and more of course of course and then like sometime we find like the the the the the good setups like uh almost instantly and we can scale like very very fast uh but safely not overselling anything like within two
months uh you have a you have a good understanding of that do you have like an ideal customer I just like people ask me that I always say like I only work with nice people yeah that's a that's a that that that's that's super important no I think I think an ideal customer is uh is someone who's not like uh expecting it to work like instantly because like that's not how it works yeah that's not how it works uh and especially on CTV because it's so new uh nobody yeah nobody knows anything yeah nobody knows anything and and basically an ideal customer is a is a is a customer that is looking for a partner that will help like that was trying to build the CTB strategy and we understand that it will take a bit of time and a bit of investment but as soon like when it starts working you can really scale it uh but if you expect like like uh if you have a customer who like look at the results like three days after launching the campaign I mean if we're lucky like uh cool but uh but if not like uh yeah you can't expect that like you need at least a month to like uh start getting an
understanding of what works what does not how many months two months here so two months to scale uh one months to have a good understanding of whether or not you'll be able to scale or if you found like the the right setup so why should I work with you and your comp comp I think uh it's a lot about it's it's a lot about the the the transparency uh and the the fact that we're partner uh and I think that's really what's appreciated by by our clients and sometime they use also like uh other other Solutions but we really work like conjunctly with their teams uh to like build the right attribution model like figure like how things work and that's why we do a lot of manag service uh in the in the gaming space uh it's because uh it's because of that yeah okay so if uh the lers want to find you or try to contact you where should they they do um vi. uh like uh directly uh on the on the website uh I'm on LinkedIn uh so Arthur Kill Q rou on LinkedIn and you can uh you can also
contact Alex fam who's managing like the whole EMA uh region uh and Dian uh who end like the whole like us region you could just reach out to me as well yeah wait wait what you say mes oh no no you know what yeah don't don't don't work with these [ __ ] like like oh all good thanks man thanks for coming thank you so much thanks for listening and uh yeah see you next time bye [Music] [Applause] [Music]
