Embracer Group Interim Report: Q1 FY22/23

Embracer Group’s financial performance for the first quarter of the 2022/2023 fiscal year reflects a period of aggressive expansion and structural transformation.

• Embracer's Q1 FY22/23 net sales rose 107% year-over-year to SEK 7,118 million, driven mainly by acquisitions, while organic sales fell 12%.
• Management reiterated its full-year adjusted EBIT forecast of SEK 9,200–11,300 million despite the organic decline.
• The development pipeline holds over 222 projects, including more than 25 AAA titles, and PC and console projects have shown a return on investment of 3.04x.
