Brazilian esports organizations Fluxo and W7M have officially merged their operations to form a new entity, Fluxo W7M. This strategic consolidation follows over a year of collaborative efforts in the League of Legends circuit, which served as the foundation for aligning the two companies' operational and management structures. While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed due to the private status of both organizations, the merger aims to eliminate operational redundancies and create a more competitive, unified entity within the Brazilian esports landscape.
The newly formed organization will maintain a broad competitive footprint, managing rosters and coaching staff across several major titles, including Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Free Fire, EA Sports FC, and Fluxo FC. Management has confirmed that all existing sponsorship and partnership agreements will be honored under their original terms. The integration process is currently underway, with a focus on streamlining internal processes to enhance value for stakeholders, athletes, and the fan community.
Leadership continuity is a key component of the transition, as Fluxo founders Nobru and Cerol will remain with the organization as partners and active members of the management team. W7M CEO Felipe Funari emphasized that the merger is designed to elevate the standard of excellence in Brazilian esports by combining the respective strengths, structures, and communities of both founding organizations. The move represents a significant consolidation in the regional market, positioning the combined entity to pursue titles with greater resources and strategic alignment.
