Create free accountokay so popular in Helsing here it's mid-summer lovely and warm and we found a lovely warm finish technology guy well yes guys a week since you saw you last what have you got the news for us so and introduce yourself first sorry so I'm usually from Apple fire we created a service called ever play that enables Gamers here are their favorite Clips replays from the games involved like bad big ears Nimble quests Zombie Gunship and 75 other games okay go and and what are you gonna tell us about something new going on new coming up because we think what's really cool about airplanes enables you to show off we want to do that properly what you put you in the game so the new version of ever play coming out this way enables the player to record himself with the front-facing camera of the iPad okay so now when you're playing okay you can record all your trash talks all your face and words like yeah I'm totally owning it like look at them killing you
how does that show so I'm seeing I'm seeing the video one they can use a small window which gives you a preview of the front plated camera so you see yourself while you're playing okay what a game can actually take that camera of data yeah and put in the stitcher in the game so you can have a TV in the game see yourself on a TV while you're playing like hey um play this game what's that it's TV on me all right well I'm totally owning it so the game can really make you feel part of the user interface so I guess that's that's a little work for developers to integrate so they need to dig into game a little bit more certainly but we've made it very easy so if you're a you need a developer you can just pull the texture from us and place where any any 3D object with two commands so you can just take the up texture put it anywhere in your game at all you can just use our default mini preview window okay and and so every player I mean it's still a fairly new launch are you finding I mean what kind of traction you've got some big games you've got bad piggies but I mean for the big range of developers they what yeah what kind of reaction are
you getting from them so we're getting pretty good traction I think we're still new as to say and we're up to 75 games live right now okay a matter of 120 integrated in a very stage of deployment and bad because has been a fantastic example because people love the sandwich mode there's been all right first 30 days there's been over 120 000 good players 120 000 replace sure for bad because some people really love that they're getting a whole lot of views and get Asian people talking about it but that's great can you show me more can you create an atmt Walker there's like a lot of stuff happening in there so that because has been a great match to everybody what we're also excited we were talking to developers about hey we have this Facebook copy and first of all Ian from Nemo Baytown this is awesome I have a way to put it in front of my players I'm like fantastic like this is what we want great feature the developers love and players Embrace that's probably about and I guess it's the thing it's not you know it works it looks really well on mobile because it's your device but it's coming to all the consoles of having the same thing I mean the whole industry is going exactly so you look at Xbox one you were basically for all their enabling this video sharing we're doing the same for our iPhones iPad the only thing basically
enable mobile generation mobile Gamers they have the same tools same Community features that's mixing two consoles and imagine that this iPad is just as powerful for video streaming as an action consoles okay so there was there was a platform missing there can we ask you the Android question what's going on with Android obviously a bit harder a bit harder to do a lot harder encourage dude but we're making good hair weight in there so nothing else yet but shall we say it's looking pretty good watch this face is they say what's the space cool thank you
Everyplay, a video-sharing service developed by Applifier, is expanding its platform capabilities to enhance social engagement for mobile gamers. The core objective of these updates is to integrate the player’s physical presence directly into the gaming experience, allowing users to record their reactions and commentary via front-facing cameras. This feature enables players to overlay their video feed as a small window during gameplay or, through developer integration, map their live video feed onto 3D objects within the game environment, such as in-game televisions.
The platform has gained significant traction since its launch, currently supporting 75 live titles with an additional 120 games in various stages of integration. High-profile examples like Bad Piggies demonstrate the service's potential, recording over 120,000 replays within the first 30 days of availability. These metrics highlight a strong appetite among both developers and players for social sharing tools that mirror the functionality found on modern home consoles.
To facilitate this, the service provides developers with a streamlined implementation process, requiring only two commands to pull the camera texture and place it within a game’s 3D space. While the current focus remains on iOS devices, the platform aims to bridge the gap between mobile and console gaming by providing mobile users with professional-grade streaming and community features. Although Android support presents technical challenges due to hardware fragmentation, development efforts are ongoing to bring similar capabilities to the platform in the near future. By empowering mobile gamers to capture and share their experiences, the service positions itself as a critical component of the evolving mobile social gaming ecosystem.
