PlayWay S.A., a prominent Polish video game developer and publisher, announced significant leadership changes within its Supervisory Board following an Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 24, 2019.

• Aleksy Uchański was appointed as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PlayWay S.A. on January 24, 2019, replacing the outgoing Radosław Mrowiński.
• Uchański brings nearly 30 years of experience in the Polish gaming and digital media sectors to the board, including previous executive roles at Ringier Axel Springer Polska.
• The new Chairman has a history of leadership within the PlayWay ecosystem, specifically through his involvement with Movie Games S.A.
