These collaborations reinforce the event's position in the competitive gaming industry. The partnerships complement the event’s existing sponsorship roster.
The Esports Awards has secured three significant commercial partnerships ahead of its 2023 ceremony, reinforcing its position as a major event in the competitive gaming industry. The organization has renewed its collaboration with Logitech G, which will serve as the official PC hardware partner for the main ceremony and support a world record attempt by professional Fortnite player Kyle "Bugha" Giersdorf. Additionally, Logitech G will present the Esports Team of the Year award.
The event has also entered into a partnership with LIV Golf to facilitate the third annual Esports Awards Open, a celebrity golf tournament held at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. This collaboration highlights the growing intersection between traditional sports entities and the esports ecosystem, as LIV Golf is backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, which maintains extensive interests in the gaming sector through Savvy Games Group and ESL FACEIT Group.
Furthermore, the men’s grooming brand Gillette has joined as a partner to present the awards pre-show and sponsor specific broadcast segments titled "Gillette Resets." Gillette will also support Project Love, an initiative designed to welcome nominees and VIP guests. While the financial terms of these agreements remain undisclosed, these partnerships complement the event’s existing sponsorship roster, which includes Lexus as the presenting sponsor alongside other brands such as Xfinity, Oakley, and 5GRV. The 2023 event schedule includes the inaugural Scholars Awards for collegiate esports followed by the main ceremony in late November.
