Skillz Invests 50 Million Dollars into Hamburg-based Exit Games

Exit Games, established in 2004, maintains its status as an independent entity following the transaction. The company’s Photon engine is a widely adopted infrastructure tool, currently utilized by over 579,000 developers and studios, including major industry players such as Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, and Square Enix. The partnership is designed to enhance the resources available to Exit Games, allowing for continued development of its multiplayer technology for both large-scale AAA productions and independent studios.
