The deal involves a full acquisition of the gaming agency and creator service provider.
NODWIN Gaming, an India-based esports and gaming firm and subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has acquired Trinity Gaming, a prominent gaming agency and creator service provider. The transaction is valued at approximately $2.83 million (₹240 million INR) and involves a 100% acquisition of Trinity’s share capital. The deal structure consists of roughly $567,400 in cash and $2.3 million in equity shares of NODWIN Gaming. As part of the agreement, Trinity’s founders, Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, will join NODWIN as shareholders and continue to lead their business operations.
The acquisition is designed to bolster NODWIN’s service offerings by integrating Trinity’s expertise in brand partnerships, content creation, and community engagement. Trinity Gaming, founded in 2019, currently represents over 1,000 creators in India and maintains significant partnerships with global brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton. Beyond strengthening its domestic position, NODWIN intends to leverage this acquisition to expand its footprint into emerging markets, specifically Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
This move represents a continuation of NODWIN’s aggressive 2024 expansion strategy. Throughout the year, the company has completed several strategic acquisitions, including Comic Con India, the German agency Freaks 4U Gaming, the marketing firm Publishme, the live events company Branded, and the Turkish firm Ninja Global. These investments reflect a broader corporate objective to consolidate influence across the global gaming and esports ecosystem through a diversified portfolio of marketing, event, and creator-focused services.
