Summary

The esports data platform GRID and Abios, the esports division of the Kambi Group, have extended their strategic partnership for an additional year. This renewal builds upon an initial agreement established in July 2023, further integrating official data feeds into the Kambi Group’s network of betting operators. While the financial terms of the extension remain undisclosed, the collaboration continues to focus on providing high-fidelity, real-time data to support the betting industry.

A primary development in this renewed agreement is the expansion of the data portfolio. GRID will now provide official esports data feeds for League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege, supplementing the existing coverage that already includes Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Valorant. By leveraging the GRID Data Platform, which sources information directly from game servers, Abios aims to enhance the accuracy and speed of the odds offered to its network of partners.

The partnership relies on GRID’s established relationships with major rights holders, including Riot Games, Ubisoft, and Krafton, as well as over 70 tournament organizers within the Valve ecosystem. This infrastructure ensures that the betting services provided by the Kambi Group remain supported by authorized, real-time data, reinforcing the operational capabilities of both companies within the competitive gaming and sports betting sectors.
