well hello there I'm grand shawn Wyler and I'll be your moderator again this year for production working at the heart of the team part two last year was great and we got a lot of good feedback so this year we have four new leaders who are going to talk to us about the emotional and nebulous field portion of being a leader Brian Chuck Garth and axonal will be taking us behind the scenes of being a leader and discussing some of their most passionate topics Brian will be talking about how to initiate mediate and handle being on the receiving end of difficult conversations within your team and studio Chuck will go over lessons learned from tracking team morale over two years why that failed and what it taught them as a studio Garth will be talking about the all-important but gray soft skills of production as definable fundamentals to help support a team to find success three of which will be explored as applied on the excom franchise our son will be teaching a few simple yet powerful tips for building a culture of high performance on the team we hope to see you at GDC as we take the journey into what we call production working at the heart of the team part hmm
