FLEGA – Flemish Games Association
The event will be held from August 20–24. The final registration deadline for B2B booth space is May 9.
The Flemish Games Association (FLEGA) is coordinating a comprehensive participation program for Belgian game studios at Gamescom 2025, scheduled for August 20–24 in Cologne. The initiative aims to provide studios with structured access to international networking, deal-making, and promotional opportunities through both B2B and B2C channels. Supported by Flanders Investment & Trade and VAF Game, the program offers tiered participation options tailored to varying studio budgets and objectives.
For the B2B business area, participants can choose between a small product sample booth, an individual customizable space, or a flexible meeting package. These options include logistical support, access to MeetToMatch scheduling, and inclusion in joint public relations efforts. Alternatively, studios targeting consumer audiences can apply for the Indie Arena Booth in the entertainment area, provided they meet specific criteria regarding project release timelines, previous funding, and team diversity.
Beyond the exhibition floor, the program highlights opportunities at Devcom, the official developer event occurring August 17–19. Studios are encouraged to engage as speakers, exhibitors in the Indie Expo, or general attendees. Deadlines for these various opportunities range from April 9 to May 31, with most spots allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. By centralizing these resources, the association seeks to lower barriers to entry for Belgian developers looking to expand their global footprint at one of the industry's most significant trade fairs.
