The ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) has entered into a strategic partnership with several Unilever nutrition brands, including Knorr, Pot Noodle, and Unox. This collaboration aims to integrate these consumer goods into major competitive gaming circuits, specifically the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Cologne 2024 and 2025 tournaments, as well as the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 21. While the financial terms of the agreement remain undisclosed, the partnership is designed to leverage both digital broadcasts and in-person event activations to engage a global esports audience.

The activation strategy features a mix of on-air segments and interactive on-site experiences. During IEM Cologne 2024, Knorr and Pot Noodle are hosting booths that offer fans opportunities to win prizes, such as gaming gear and merchandise, alongside a custom Counter-Strike 2 map challenge that rewards participants with exclusive in-game items. These efforts are intended to highlight the brands' convenience-focused product lines while deepening their presence within the gaming community.

This partnership coincides with a broader branding initiative by EFG, which is launching a "Live Legendary" campaign to commemorate its 25th anniversary. The campaign includes a visual refresh of the organization's font and design elements, developed in collaboration with Design Bridge. As a subsidiary of the Savvy Games Group, EFG continues to consolidate its position in the industry by aligning its tournament properties with major global consumer brands, emphasizing the growing significance of commercial integration within the professional esports ecosystem.
