The Chengdu-based esports organization All Gamers (AG) has successfully secured over ¥10 million RMB, approximately $1.37 million USD, in a Series B+ financing round. This investment was led by Orinno Capital, a state-owned firm backed by the Chengdu Gaoxin District Holdings, which maintains a registered capital of ¥10 billion RMB. The primary objective of this capital injection is to strengthen the organization's strategic partnership with the city of Chengdu and to facilitate an anticipated initial public offering (IPO) between 2025 and 2026.
Founded in 1999, All Gamers represents one of the longest-standing esports entities in China. Unlike many domestic competitors that prioritize international titles such as League of Legends or Dota 2, the organization focuses heavily on domestic esports markets, including titles like Honor of Kings, Peacekeeper Elite, and CrossFire. The company has also expanded its footprint in major leagues, notably acquiring the League of Legends Pro League franchise slot previously held by Rogue Warriors and rebranding it as Anyone’s Legend.
This funding highlights a continued trend of state-backed investment in the Chinese esports sector, specifically aimed at regional development and the professionalization of local organizations. By aligning its growth strategy with municipal interests in Chengdu, All Gamers seeks to solidify its financial standing and operational scale in preparation for its transition into a publicly traded company.
