Candidates are expected to possess professional experience in project and event management, including the ability to define and meet strategic milestones. Proficiency in project planning tools, Microsoft Office, and content management systems is required, alongside strong communication skills in both German and English. The role demands an analytical, structured approach and a willingness to participate in evening events.
