Additionally, participants gain access to a preparatory workshop day designed to optimize their presence at the digital trade show.

To qualify for these packages, applicants must be commercially oriented entities within the games industry with a headquarters or branch office located in Hamburg. Furthermore, studios are required to provide a playable version of their game for the event. The selection process is managed by a jury, and interested parties are required to register through the Indie Arena Booth platform while explicitly noting their intent to participate in the Gamecity Hamburg program.
