This partnership involves three primary shareholders contributing a total of 1,718,182 PLN in capital. PlayWay holds a controlling 51% stake with a contribution of 927,273 PLN, while Income Capital Sp. z o.o. maintains a 44% share through a 700,000 PLN investment. The remaining 5% is held by Aleksy Uchański, who contributed 90,909 PLN and has been appointed as the President of the Management Board for the new entity.
