PlayWay S.A. established a new subsidiary, Movie Games S.A., in December 2016 to develop video games based on cinematic properties.
PlayWay S.A. holds a 51% controlling stake in Movie Games S.A. following a capital contribution of 927,273 PLN.
The total initial capital for the venture is 1,718,182 PLN, with Income Capital Sp. z o.o. contributing 700,000 PLN for a 44% stake.
Aleksy Uchański holds the remaining 5% equity and has been appointed as the President of the Management Board.
The primary objective of the initial funding is to finance the development of a PC game centered on the 303 Squadron.
