The available workspace encompasses a total area of over 2,600 square meters, with individual units ranging from 14 to 200 square meters. The rental terms are designed for flexibility, starting at a minimum duration of one month. The offering is structured as a flat-rate rent that includes all ancillary costs, simplifying the financial commitment for tenants.

Beyond the physical office space, tenants gain access to various amenities within the InnoGames headquarters, including a canteen, a town hall meeting space, the InnoFit gym, and underground parking facilities.
