GameSquare Holdings, a publicly traded esports and gaming company, acquired Click Management in September 2025 for an initial consideration of $8.5 million. The deal includes an upfront cash payment of $4.5 million, with an additional $4.0 million due within 60 days of year-end 2025. Furthermore, Click Management is eligible for up to $3.0 million in performance-based earn-outs over the following two years.
The acquisition serves to bolster GameSquare’s creator-focused business model. Click Management, which represents over 75 English-speaking gaming creators, reported $12.4 million in annual revenue and facilitated more than 545 commercial deals in 2024. GameSquare anticipates the integration will generate $14.5 million in annualized pro-forma revenue and approximately $1.2 million in annualized pro-forma EBITDA.
Concurrent with this expansion, GameSquare is restructuring its internal operations to improve financial efficiency. The company is discontinuing its programmatic advertising division, Frankly Media, which previously recorded an EBITDA loss of $1.1 million. Additionally, GameSquare is consolidating its agency business, integrating Click Management into its existing portfolio alongside Zoned Gaming and GameSquare Experiences, while merging its Sideqik CRM solutions provider into Stream Hatchet. These consolidation efforts are projected to reduce annual operating expenses by $1.25 million.
