Create free accountOh so why don't we go with the first one what's the okay so the game is called Raji Raji is the is the name of the main protagonist you see her a girl so the game is set in ancient India and it's largely based on Indian mythology so she gets to fight all those demons and she's blessed by Indian gods to save the world from those demons who in turn have taken away her brother that's where the game starts so you know you do not only get to fight those demons you sometimes get to solve some puzzles to get some special skills and abilities well only knowledge is gonna be seeing hours of solid game plan and it looks like on the enemies the health indication is also signified in their targeting right they lose health they start to lose little dots around their feet as well am i picking up on that yeah yep that's pretty nifty one of the mechanics that that you guys are really proud of I mean
what was it that really made you guys interested in what made us we actually some some of our team I've been tracking it down since the Kickstarter campaign from when I first saw Raji just I was stunned how beautiful right so like we talked to a lot of developers but our question always have been with the publisher side because that's a a big mystery to a lot of Indian developers out there so what's the the myths out there that you feel like and you know it's not so bad as it used to be well actually we are probably not the best company to ask that because on our side in our team there are a lot of former and even active developers right they were indie developers and so on so that's why we actually understand all
the problems all the needs that developers have and that's what we probably are not the guys that's about the needs and so on all right because we talked to Eugene lately a few months ago and you guys are pretty new this your first UDC has a company yes all right most of these games aren't out yet right there they all want to be released in 2020 2020 there we go he was mentioning surprise should be out in q1 q1 2020 simulataneously on all platforms so this is the next release game on your way for you guys yeah okay cool and what would be the biggest selling point you would say like you could tell our audience like one thing about like hey if you really like this you should go check out Rajee other than really I will check out would put it that way since Rajee is a unique game so there's nothing out there it's actually nothing like so I would
say that if you just love cool beautiful games then Rogers a game for you I can do
Raji: An Ancient Epic is a fantasy action-adventure game centered on a young protagonist navigating a world rooted in ancient Indian mythology. The narrative follows Raji as she receives blessings from deities to combat demonic forces and rescue her kidnapped brother. Gameplay mechanics integrate traditional combat with environmental puzzle-solving, allowing players to acquire unique skills and abilities. A notable technical feature includes a visual health-tracking system, where enemy vitality is indicated by dynamic markers surrounding their feet, providing players with immediate feedback during combat encounters.
The project is positioned as a unique entry in the action-adventure genre, distinguished by its cultural setting and aesthetic design. Development is supported by Super.com, a publisher that emphasizes its internal composition of former and active indie developers to better address the specific needs and challenges faced by independent studios. This collaborative approach aims to demystify the publishing process for developers, particularly within the emerging Indian game development landscape.
The game is scheduled for a simultaneous multi-platform release in the first quarter of 2020. As a flagship title for the publisher, the project represents a significant effort to bring culturally specific mythological narratives to a global audience. By focusing on a distinct visual identity and a blend of combat and exploration, the developers aim to fill a niche in the current market, offering an experience that differentiates itself from existing action-adventure titles.
