first question given our record-setting profits in 2022 why are we telling shareholders about a 10 layoff look I have to say there's so much passion in these questions thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for taking time out of your day to submit this thoughtful feedback I think what's important to consider not only with this question but questions like these everything we're going to tackle today is our core value of Smashing together it's more important than ever to live in you know what I'm sorry I'm told that's all the time we have today for questions next up we have our chief operating officer Brian to talk some exciting office news hey guys it's Brian I'm really excited to share with you our plans to come back together forever thanks to our return to
