Bushiroad
Bushiroad’s fiscal 2025 financial results demonstrate a robust recovery and significant growth across its consolidated operations. For the period spanning July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, the company achieved net sales of 56,175 million yen, representing a 21.4% increase over the previous fiscal year. This top-line growth was accompanied by a substantial improvement in profitability, with operating profit surging by 451.6% to 4,868 million yen and profit attributable to owners of the parent rising by 324.7% to 3,418 million yen. These figures reflect a strong rebound from the downturn observed in fiscal 2024, where operating profit had declined significantly.
The company’s financial position remains stable, characterized by an equity-to-asset ratio of 47.7% and total assets valued at 49,797 million yen. Return on equity improved markedly to 14.9%, up from 3.7% in the prior year, signaling enhanced capital efficiency. In line with these results, the company maintained an annual dividend of 4.50 yen per share for fiscal 2025. Furthermore, management has announced a 2-for-1 share split effective October 1, 2025, which will adjust the dividend structure for the upcoming fiscal year.
Looking ahead to fiscal 2026, the company projects a period of consolidation with net sales expected to remain relatively flat at 56,000 million yen, a marginal decrease of 0.3%. Operating profit is forecasted at 4,500 million yen, representing a 7.6% decline from the current year’s performance. These projections suggest a strategic focus on maintaining current scale and profitability levels following the significant expansion achieved during the 2025 fiscal cycle.
