Playtika Holding Corp.’s third-quarter 2025 financial results demonstrate a strategic focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) expansion and operational discipline within the mobile gaming sector. The company reported total revenue of $674.6 million, representing an 8.7% increase year-over-year, despite a 3.1% sequential decline. A primary driver of this performance was the DTC platform segment, which achieved record revenue of $209.3 million, marking a 20.0% increase year-over-year and a 19.0% sequential gain.
Profitability metrics showed mixed results, with GAAP net income reaching $39.1 million, a 17.8% sequential increase but a slight 0.5% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. Conversely, Adjusted EBITDA rose to $217.5 million, reflecting a 10.3% year-over-year improvement and a 30.2% sequential increase. The company maintained a solid liquidity position, ending the quarter with $640.8 million in cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments. Operational performance was characterized by an average payer conversion rate of 4.3%, consistent with the previous quarter and an improvement over the 4.0% recorded in the third quarter of 2024.
The company’s portfolio performance varied by title, with Bingo Blitz showing modest growth while other core titles, such as Slotomania and June’s Journey, experienced sequential and year-over-year revenue declines. Management attributed the overall stability of the business to the successful integration of the SuperPlay portfolio and a strategic reallocation of resources toward high-return opportunities. Looking ahead, Playtika reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance, projecting revenue between $2.70 billion and $2.75 billion and Adjusted EBITDA between $715 million and $740 million. The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable in January 2026.
