PCF Group S.A., the parent company of the People Can Fly development studio, has established its financial reporting schedule for the 2023 fiscal year in compliance with Polish regulatory requirements for public issuers. The schedule outlines the specific release dates for annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial disclosures, ensuring transparency for shareholders and the Warsaw Stock Exchange regarding the company's fiscal performance and operational status.

The reporting cycle begins with the publication of both the standalone and consolidated annual reports for the 2022 fiscal year on April 27, 2023. Subsequent reporting for the 2023 fiscal year includes the first-quarter consolidated report on May 29, 2023, and the third-quarter consolidated report on November 27, 2023. The consolidated semi-annual report, covering the first half of 2023, is scheduled for release on September 21, 2023.

In accordance with specific legal exemptions, the company has elected to streamline its reporting process by omitting standalone quarterly and semi-annual reports, opting instead to include necessary condensed financial information within the consolidated filings. Furthermore, the company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2022 or the second and fourth quarters of 2023. This schedule reflects the standard administrative procedures for a publicly traded gaming entity operating within the Polish capital market framework.
