Enad Global 7 achieved a significant financial turnaround during the 2023 fiscal year, transitioning from a substantial net loss in 2022 to a net profit of SEK 205.1 million. Full-year net revenue reached a record SEK 2,045 million, representing 9.6% growth, supported by an adjusted EBITDA of SEK 542 million. This performance underscores the company’s improved liquidity and successful debt management, highlighted by the full repayment of external credit facilities and a year-end cash position of SEK 480.9 million.

Despite these annual gains, the fourth quarter of 2023 presented operational challenges, characterized by a 15.4% year-over-year revenue decline and a 45.1% drop in adjusted EBITDA. These results were primarily influenced by the normalization of revenue from the viral hit My Singing Monsters and specific headwinds, including the cancellation of a major work-for-hire contract at Piranha Games and delays in third-party physical product distribution at Fireshine. Looking toward 2024, the company is positioning itself for a transition period with a revenue target of approximately SEK 1.8 billion.
