Net sales increased 8.5% year-on-year to 37.58 billion yen, driven by the 'IP Creation and Expansion' strategy and the successful launch of the Toukiden franchise, which sold 550,000 units.
Profitability improved significantly as the operating profit ratio reached 19.0% and the ordinary profit ratio hit 28.6%, supported by reduced costs of goods sold and tighter management of SG&A expenses.
The Game Software segment remains the primary revenue driver at 25.4 billion yen, while the Asian market emerged as the fastest-growing region with a 33.2% increase in sales.
For the upcoming fiscal year, the company targets 38 billion yen in sales and an ordinary profit ratio exceeding 30%, with a strategic focus on smartphone games, Asian market expansion, and collaborations like Hyrule Warriors.
