Enad Global 7 AB
Enad Global 7 demonstrated significant top-line expansion during the second quarter of 2022, achieving net revenue of SEK 462.8 million. This 48.8% year-over-year increase was fueled by robust organic growth and the commercial success of titles such as Core Keeper. For the first half of the year, total net revenue reached SEK 862.4 million, reflecting a substantial improvement over the SEK 614.7 million recorded during the same period in 2021. The company’s diversified portfolio and recurring revenue streams remain central to its operational strategy, supporting a full-year revenue guidance range of SEK 1.6 to 1.7 billion.
Despite these gains, the company’s bottom line faced severe pressure from non-recurring charges and strategic restructuring. A SEK 221.6 million non-cash write-down was recorded following the cancellation of a Marvel-licensed project, while the divestment of the Russian subsidiary, Innova, resulted in a loss from discontinued operations totaling SEK 1,062.5 million. These factors contributed to a net loss of SEK 1,269.3 million for the first half of 2022.
Notwithstanding these significant accounting impacts, the group maintains a stable liquidity position, concluding the quarter with SEK 381.3 million in cash and cash equivalents. Management continues to emphasize the resilience of the core business segments, focusing on long-term stability through a broad portfolio of gaming assets. By shedding non-core operations and navigating industry headwinds, the company aims to leverage its current cash reserves to sustain operations and future development efforts across its global footprint.
