Create free accounthello YouTube this is my baby the game I'm currently working on so let me explain what this is all about the player controls these white creatures right here and enemies are red this is the first levels all the enemies are just static they're not moving and you can either turn your little creatures into these purple X that will duplicate them or you can make them explode so you're using the left and the right mouse button the left mouse button turns them into X the right mouse button makes them explode now I'm on the second level because I destroyed all of the enemies in the first level once again I start out by duplicating my creatures with the left mouse button keep duplicating them this enemy will just keep going back and forth I can easily dodge it just hope ya they hatched in time on time so I'll just
focus on duplicating duplicating duplicating because there absolutely no need to hurry just make sure I get a lot of these creatures I don't really want to create any X right here in the center but here on the outer districts it's completely fine so by now I should have enough white creatures to kill that thing yes and did I do let me skip to a more interesting level maybe this one this is a bit of a challenge these monsters right here actually target my ex so they're little smarter but they cannot take that many hits shouldn't be too hard especially for me as the creator or the daddy of this beautiful child so yeah as you can see it's just a very minimalist minimalistic strategy game I plan to add a lot of content to this in this version
there are already two different kinds of creatures you can play these ones have a different movement pattern and they shoot from time to time which means you have to use them a little differently the normal round creatures bang-bang come on doesn't it yeah so I want to keep it as minimalistic as possible by the way the graphics you're seeing at the moment are just placeholder graphics can make them go over here so my main colonies arrives maybe start another colony at the bottom here bang bang bang yeah and I go down there bang you can see the enemies become faster and faster over time so you cannot can probably not survive forever if you're not killing them quickly enough they will get you oh my god I have so many creatures this is crazy this exponential growth is just
gross absolutely gross bang bang bang oh my god let's just do this bang bang bang bang bang bang bang hahaha so yeah that's my game I will keep updating it I will keep adding content I will keep adding new enemies and new creatures you can play I could use your feedback so if you want you can leave some feedback I appreciate it videos good enough to to give it a real shot I think because it has very minimalistic controls you just need the most and two mouse buttons it's easy to learn difficult to master and a lot of interesting behaviors emerge just from this simple rule said that there are a couple of guys trying to eat your eggs and you're trying to destroy them before they become too fast luckily they clump up this much so that makes it a little easier yeah so I'm curious to hear what you think about
this concept if you have any ideas let me know yeah this is my new little baby
The core of this minimalist strategy project centers on a resource management mechanic where players control white creatures to combat red enemy units. The gameplay loop relies on a simple two-button control scheme: the left mouse button triggers a duplication process that expands the player’s population, while the right mouse button initiates an explosive attack to eliminate threats. This design emphasizes exponential growth, requiring players to balance the accumulation of units with the strategic timing of detonations to clear levels before enemies increase in speed and difficulty.
The current prototype features multiple levels with varying enemy behaviors, ranging from static targets to intelligent units that actively hunt the player’s duplication points. Advanced gameplay introduces diverse creature types with unique movement patterns and ranged attack capabilities, adding layers of tactical complexity to the minimalist foundation. While the project currently utilizes placeholder graphics, the development trajectory focuses on expanding content through the introduction of new enemy types and playable creature variations.
The project is positioned as an easy-to-learn but difficult-to-master experience, leveraging emergent behaviors that arise from its straightforward rule set. By prioritizing a low barrier to entry through mouse-only controls, the game aims to foster a high skill ceiling where players must manage large-scale unit populations effectively. Future development will rely on community feedback to refine these mechanics and balance the escalating difficulty curve, ensuring that the exponential growth of the player’s forces remains both challenging and engaging as the game evolves.
