Comparing the Immersive Levels of Trivia Hidden Object Game Paper-based and Game Applications: Indonesia

This research evaluates the comparative immersive levels of a "Trivia Hidden Object" game presented in two formats: a mobile application and a paper-based version.

• Mobile applications provide significantly higher immersion for adults aged 40 and older compared to paper-based formats, with a total average immersion score of 5.85 versus 4.43.
• The mobile application version consistently outperformed the paper-based version across all six measured immersion scales: Interest, Usability, Emotional Attachment, Engrossment, Focus of Attention, and Presence.
• The 'Interest' scale exhibited the largest disparity in immersion levels between the digital and traditional paper-based media formats.
