PlayWay S.A. established a new joint-stock company, Iron Wolf Studio S.A., in February 2017 to expand its portfolio of specialized development teams.
PlayWay S.A. holds a 77% majority stake in Iron Wolf Studio S.A., having acquired 770,000 shares for a cash contribution of 77,000 PLN.
The remaining 23% of the company's 1,000,000 shares are held by individual shareholders Bartosz Pluta (90,000 shares), Artur Salwarowski (70,000 shares), and Jerzy Klimowicz (70,000 shares).
Iron Wolf Studio S.A. is capitalized at 100,000 PLN, with each of the 1,000,000 shares carrying a nominal value of 0.1 PLN.
The studio is pursuing a cross-media strategy focused on developing both physical and digital gaming products.
Initial operational objectives for the studio include the development of 'UBOOT: The Board Game' and a project titled 'Prisoner' that encompasses both computer and board game formats.
